摘要： A cooking apparatus to effectively agitate and evenly distribute high-temperature air into a cooking chamber by use of a single driving fan and a plurality of driven fans. The cooking apparatus includes the cooking chamber, the driving fan arranged at a rear wall of the cooking chamber, a convection heater to surround the driving fan, the plurality of driven fans arranged on a circumference of the driving fan, and a fan cover having a plurality of suction holes and discharge holes. The driving fan is connected with a drive motor to rotate in accordance with an operation of the drive motor. The driven fans rotate by use of air streams generated when the driving fan rotates. The high-temperature air is evenly agitated in accordance with the rotation of the driven fans to be distributed into the cooking chamber via the discharge holes in all directions.

摘要： A cooking apparatus which allows an interior of a cabinet thereof to be easily cleaned. The cooking apparatus includes a cabinet. The cabinet has an opening in a top surface defining a heating space. A heating unit to heat food is installed in the heating space and heat is transmitted from the heating unit to the food. A grill unit is seated on the top surface of the cabinet to support the food over the opening. A contamination preventing unit is installed in the heating space to prevent an inside surface of the cabinet from being contaminated with material dropping from the food. The cooking apparatus of the present invention guides splashed material back to a tray when the material collides with the tray splashes. The contamination preventing unit may be removed from the heating space, enabling a user to easily clean the contamination preventing unit.

The tray supporting section includes a holder body provided with a tray receiving opening at the central portion thereof and installed in the cooking chamber to be contacted with the inner wall of the cooling chamber, and a plurality of rollers, having respective pairs of rollers which are installed on the inner circumferential surface of the tray receiving opening in opposite sides, for supporting the upper and lower sides of one edge of the tray. Since the tray is supported by the tray supporting section when the food is being cooked, the tray does not deviate from its installed position due to external vibration and shocks.
