    • An actuating device for the mechanical positive actuation of a pressure-responsive switch utilizes a pivotably movable spring-loaded switch lever which, when activated by a control component movable in relation to the switch, is pivotable out of a lift-off position separate from the switch into a switch-triggering position bearing on the switch which is thereafter maintained in the bearing position. The switch lever is motionally coupled to the control component by spring force until the switch-triggering position is reached. It is possible to trigger the switch at an exact point, the switch lever is made bend-resistant and is pivotable about a joint and spring-loaded in the direction of its switch-triggering actuating advance. Since the switch lever is maintained in its switch-triggering position by the spring force, the control component can be moved further, uncoupled from the switch lever, after the latter has reached the switch-triggering position and moved through an additional angle to effect an additional mechanical function.

    • The invention relates to a strut for a folding vehicle cover which bridges the roof width by being braced axially on load bearing connecting components on both sides of the vehicle by angled strut flanks, while a strut section driven by a spring loading arrangement is raisable in the strut plane relative to the braced ends of the strut flanks into a tensioned position in which the roof skin of the folding cover is stressed by the spring loading arrangement through the strut section, and while a further vertical displacement of the strut section is locked upon reaching a limit time position located above the tensioned position. To facilitate the operation of the strut, it is provided that the strut is integrated into the cover frame of the folding cover by its strut flanks being braced articulately against associated side wall frame parts, that the strut section is retained in the locked limit position during the course of the closing movement of the folding cover until a taut roof skin is obtained, and that in a final closing phase of the folding cover it is automatically lowerable out of its limit position counter to the spring loading arrangement into its tensioned position under the influence of longitudinal tensile forces in the roof skin.

    • A device is disclosed for sensing the rotary angle of a key-actuated lock system which contains a lock cylinder of a door or flap of a vehicle which is rotatable by way of a key. A follower is coupled to the lock cylinder via a driving coupling allowing a free-wheel rotational play and to a protection element of a lock and is rotatably mounted in a door interior. A switch-actuating part is rotationally coupled to the lock cylinder virtually free of play and is rotatable synchronously with the lock cylinder and a control switch which is switchable by the switch-actuating part at a specific rotary angle of the part and directly spatially adjacent thereto. The switch-actuating part is mounted behind the follower in relation to the lock cylinder on a carrier facing the interior of the vehicle and is fixed to the door or flap. A control switch is retained at least indirectly on the same carrier, and at least these two parts are sealed off relative to the door interior.

    • A fastening arrangement for a movable part especially a folding top or a roof of a motor vehicle. The arrangement includes a rotary latch which serves for securing a fastening pin of the movable part and is rotatable by means of an actuating device for a blocking and release of the fastening pin which can be retained by means of a detent pawl. In the locked position of the fastening, the detent pawl rests in an undercut principal notch of the rotary latch. High frictional forces and disturbing noises therefore are avoided during the unlocking operation. The rotary latch is rotatable through a specific angle oppositely to the blocking direction of the detent pawl by means of a control device activatable by the actuating device.

    • A rotary-latch lock in which a forked rotary latch is blocked against pivoting from a position locking a closing bolt. A spring loaded detent edge of a catch member engages behind a centrally directed catch edge extending from a circumferential edge of the forked rotary latch.
