摘要： Control system for a load-sensing hydraulic drive circuit comprising; at least one hydraulic pump; hydraulic actuators driven by the hydraulic pump; and a pressure compensated flow control valve between the pump and each of the actuators, for controlling a flow rate of fluid to each actuator in response to a control signal. The control system has first detection means for detecting a differential pressure between the pump delivery pressure and the maximum load pressure; second detection means for detecting the pump delivery pressure; first means for calculating a differential pressure target pump delivery amount Q.DELTA.p to hold the differential pressure constant; second means for calculating an input limiting target pump delivery amount QT based on at least a pressure signal from the second detection means and an input limiting pump function; third means for selecting one of the differential pressure target delivery amount Q.DELTA.p and the input limiting target delivery amount QT as a pump delivery amount target value Qo, and then controlling the pump delivery amount to not exceed the input amount QT; and fourth means for calculating a compensation value Qns to limit a total consumable actuator flow rate based on at least the input amount QT and the differential pressure target delivery amount Q.DELTA.p when the input amount QT is selected by the third means, and then controlling the pressure compensated flow control valve based on the compensation valve Qns.

摘要： A hydraulic system for a construction machine comprising plural hydraulic actuators (23-28) driven by fluid supplied from a pump (22), first and second flow control valves (29-34) for controlling flows of fluid supplied to the first and second actuators, and first and second distribution compensating valves (35-40) for controlling first differential pressure (.DELTA.P v1-.DELTA.P v6) produced between inlets and outlets of the first and second flow control valves. The first and second distribution compensating valves have respective drives (45-50, 35c-40c) for applying control forces (Fc1-Fc2) in accordance with the second differential pressure to the associated distribution compensating valves, to thereby set target values of the first differential pressures. The hydraulic system includes first means (59) for detecting the second differential pressure (.DELTA.P LS) from the discharge pressure (P s) of the pump (22) and the maximum load pressure (P amax) out of the first and second actuators; second means (61) for calculating individual values (Fc1-Fc6), as values of the control forces applied from the drives (45-50, 35C-40C) of the first and second distribution compensating valves (35-40), in accordance with at least the second differential pressure detected by the first means; and first and second control pressure generators (62a-62f) provided in association with the first and second distribution compensating valves. The first and second control pressure generators (62a-62f) produce control pressures (P c1-P c6) dependent on the individual values obtained by the second means and output the control pressures to the drives (35c-40c) of the first and second distribution compensating valves.

A control factor is determined that becomes larger as the deviation between the target differential pressure and the actual differential pressure is increased, and that becomes smaller as the differential pressure deviation is decreased. The control factor also becomes larger as the target differential pressure becomes smaller. The target displacement volume for the hydraulic pump is based on the differential pressure deviation, which is calculated from the target differential pressure and the control factor.

摘要： A control system for a hydraulic pump in a hydraulic drive circuit includes at least one hydraulic pump whose displacement volume is variable, at least one hydraulic actuator driven by a hydraulic fluid delivered from the hydraulic pump, and a flow control valve connected between the hydraulic pump and the actuator for controlling a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid supplied to the actuator. In the control system, the target value of the differential pressure between the delivery pressure of the hydraulic pump and the load pressure of the actuator is preset, and the displacement volume is varied dependent on the deviation between the differential pressure and its target value for controlling a pump delivery rate so that the differential pressure is held at the target value. The control system further influences the change rate of the delivery pressure of the hydraulic pump with respect to the change in the displacement volume of the hydraulic pump, and determines a control gain (Ki) for the change rate of the displacement volume from the received value; and controls the displacement volume of the hydraulic pump in accordance with the control gain and the differential pressure deviation.

摘要： A secondary cleaning device has a cleaning brush, collection roller, and controller. The cleaning brush is driven by a drive mechanism and thereby rotates in a state that brush fibers thereof are contacting with a secondary transfer belt to collect toner on the secondary transfer belt. The collection roller is driven by another drive mechanism and thereby rotates in a state contacting with the cleaning brush to collect toner from the cleaning brush.
