摘要： A movable-blade operation system for a hydraulic machine according to an embodiment includes an oil hydraulic cylinder installed within a rotational shaft, a bidirectional pump, a pump drive motor, a control unit, and an oil head installed in the hydraulic machine. The bidirectional pump selectively feeds pressurized hydraulic oil to one of a first cylinder chamber and a second cylinder chamber. The oil head couples the rotational shaft rotatably, and the hydraulic oil fed from the bidirectional pump to the first cylinder chamber and the second cylinder chamber flows through the oil head. The bidirectional pump, the pump drive motor, and the control unit are installed outside the hydraulic machine.

摘要： A hybrid shovel includes an engine that is controlled at a constant revolution speed, a motor generator that assists the engine, a control part that controls a drive of the motor generator, and a hydraulic pump that is driven by the engine. The control part causes the motor generator to assist the engine when a revolution speed of the engine is lower than the constant revolution speed due to a load of the hydraulic pump. The control part causes the motor generator to decrease an assist output to said engine before the revolution speed of the engine returns to the constant revolution speed.

A control piston is arranged in the control cylinder, which control piston can be displaced by means of at least one control piston actuator and has control edges. In interaction with control edges which are configured in the control cylinder, the inlet or the outlet can be alternately connected hydraulically to the connecting line, whereby the pressure which prevails in the connecting line can be returned hydraulically via a control line to at least one end side of the control piston.

It is proposed that, during the increase of the fluid pressure to the predefined setpoint value, the control unit switches the fluid pump off before the fluid pressure has reached the predefined setpoint value. The invention also includes a corresponding operating method.

A valve element of the valve has spring, hydraulic and pneumatic sections, with an unbalanced area of the hydraulic section in a sealed pressure chamber of a cartridge that is part of the valve housing. The pneumatic section extends out one end of the cartridge to fill a bore between the air inlet and outlet ports when the pneumatic section is extended, and allow air to pass when it is retracted.

摘要： A two-stage fluid flow control valve is described in which the rate of flow of fluid to the load depends solely on the input signal and is independent of load pressure. The second stage spool and housing are formed so that upon movement of the spool in response to fluid pressure from the first stage, two different-sized passageways are opened simultaneously to the load conduit. The smaller communicates with the second-stage fluid pressure source. Analysis shows that this results in a fixed flow rate for each value of input signal.
