摘要： A method to continuousky harden light-curable resins, by irradiating at least one shaped article made of a light-curable resin by continuously moving the article past a multiplicity of light sources while changing the flux of the irradiated light in multiple steps corresponding to the moving positions of the object and an apparatus to accomplish this method including means to continuously move the article relative to the multiple irradiation sources and means to adjust the flux density in multiple steps corresponding to the moving positions of the article. Specifically, the flux density of the light irradiated on the moving article is changed stepwide depending upon the position and the location of the article and the polymerization speed of the article and the hardening depth can be controlled in relation to its position and time.

摘要： A method and apparatus to continuously harden articles made of visible light-curable resins, including continuously moving the articles to be hardened relative to a multiplicity of sources of visible light which are independently controllable to be able to vary the radiation to which the articles is exposed during its passage while independently controlling the temperature at which this takes place; and apparatus to accomplish this such that a large number of the objects to be irradiated passing through the hardening apparatus have the same exposure history to the visible light and to heating or cooling respectively. As the result, there is substantially no variation in the physical properties of these photo-polymerized products.

摘要： The present invention provides a tool centering mechanism for a punch press having a plurality of tools installed in juxtaposition and which can simultaneously be replaced with new ones, wherein the tool pitch of the tools can be adjusted to agree with the pitch of cooperating tools. A tool holder (32) is provided on a first support (7), the tool holder (32) has a plurality of tool support sections (13,14) spaced at a predetermined pitch and which can each support a tool (9). The tool support sections (13,14) each allow a tool (10) cooperating with the tool (9) in punching to be installed on its axis. In a punch press of the above construction, the tool holder (32) and one (10B) of the cooperating tools (9) can be moved relative to the first support (7) and a second support (8), respectively. Simulated punching is carried out to move the tool holder (32) and the adjustable cooperating tool (10B) so that the cooperating tool (10B) can be installed on the axis of an associated one of the tools (9) on the first support (7).

摘要： The punch press of the present invention is capable of selecting three tracks of the punch tool by a standard and low-priced cylinder device. The tool setting station with punch tool 4 is provided in the turret 3A that is rotatable around the center of the periphery. At least one of the tool setting stations is arranged with three punch tools in the turret diameter direction. The ram 11 comprises the ram main body 14 capable of elevating and descending, and the striker 15 which is provided transferable in the diameter direction at the lower part of the ram main body. The punch press comprises the link member 19 which is connected rotatable in both directions to the striker 15, and two cylinder devices 21A, 21B of which the piston rods 20A, 20B are connected rotatable to both ends of the link member.
