    • A cam-bolt assembly includes a latch handle having a cam portion having first and second cam arms. A hinge pin slides through an aperture created through the cam arms and includes a threaded aperture. A clamp rod has a threaded portion engaged with the threaded aperture and opposed washer engagement flats each having a pin receiving bore aligned perpendicular to the flats. A pivot washer is rotatably connected by a pivot pin received through the pin receiving bore and is rotatable from a first position having the pivot washer coaxially aligned with a clamp rod longitudinal axis to a second position transverse to the first position. The pivot washer rotates from the first to the second position in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. The pivot washer is retained in the second position by horizontal displacement in a direction transverse to the clamp rod longitudinal axis after rotation.

    • A locking power clamp assembly for repetitive use to uniformly and securely clamp a closure member over a container opening is disclosed. The clamp assembly includes a clamp arm member having a clamping contact surface. The clamping arm member has an elongated dimension and is capable of generally rotational movement such that when the clamp assembly is opened the clamp arm member will move in a generally perpendicular direction away from the plane of the closure member. The clamp arm member also moves in a radial direction away from the peripheral edge of the closure member. The clamp assembly further includes at least one frame member. The clamp assembly also includes at least two link arm members each being of a different length. The clamp assembly uses a fluid operated piston and cylinder assembly with the piston being connected to one of the link arm members. The clamp assembly is connected to the frame member. The clamp assembly has a rotator member secured to the frame member to support and assist movement of the clamp arm member.

    • A cylinder locking device for use in a clamp. The cylinder locking device includes a cylinder member and a first end cap on one end thereof and a second end cap on another end thereof. A piston is arranged within the cylinder member and a piston rod is engaged with the piston. The piston rod is capable of movement with respect to the piston. The cylinder rod lock device also includes a plunger contacting the second end cap. A spacer contacting the second end cap is also included in the locking device. The locking device also includes at least one locking arm contacting the spacer. The locking device also includes a mounting plate contacting the locking arm and a fastener on an opposite side thereof. The cylinder locking device will be capable of locking the cylinder in a fully retracted position and a fully engaged position.

A valve assembly is partially received in and connected to the first tee run having a valve disc connected to a drive screw longitudinally moved by drive screw axial rotation. The valve disc includes a first slot on the valve disc having a first end and a wider second end, and a second disc slot as a mirror image of the first disc slot oppositely positioned about the valve disc. A pipe in the second tee run has a first portion of a pipe end face/seat surface in direct contact with a second tee run shoulder. The valve disc when contacting a second portion of the pipe end face/seat surface defines a valve closed condition. The first and second portions are co-planar to each other.
