摘要： A decoking tool includes a valve body equipped with a pressurized fluid inlet and having a plurality of fluid passages, including drilling fluid passages extending substantially the full length of the valve body to conduct fluid to drilling nozzle sockets, and cutting fluid passages extending approximately half as far as the drilling fluid passages to conduct fluid to cutting nozzle sockets, the drilling and cutting fluid passages being disposed alternatingly on a circular locus about an axial centerline of the valve body. There are nozzles installed in the nozzle sockets. A diverter plate is interposed between the valve body and the pressurized fluid inlet and has axial fluid passages disposed on a circular path congruent with the circular locus, the disposition of the axial fluid passages being such that the passages align either with the drilling fluid passages or with the cutting fluid passages of the valve body. Means are provided for rotating the diverter plate to selectively provide fluid communication to either the drilling fluid passages or the cutting fluid passages.

摘要： The invention relates to an aqueous two phase extraction (ATPE) augmented precipitation process, which may be used to recover and also partially purify therapeutic proteins, including monoclonal antibodies from a crude multi-component mixture. The process involves the formation of a forward extraction PEG-Phosphate ATPE system in which the target product is preferentially partitioned to the polymer rich phase. A second ATPE back extraction system is then formed by introducing the polymer rich phase from the forward extraction to a new phosphate salt rich phase, causing the product to precipitate at the interface between the two phases. This precipitate is then recovered and resolubilised in a suitable buffer and may be passed on for further purification.

Preferably, the computer system includes a wire harnesses including a network cable for connecting a network to the bracket assembly's input port, a relay cable for connecting the bracket assembly's output port to the computer's network port and a manual switch. Instead of network communications being transmitted directly from the network to the network port, the signals are rerouted through the bracket assembly's input port, manual switch and output port, and then routed to the computer's network port. Access to the network is then controlled by simple manual manipulation of a button, toggle or knob to create an open or closed circuit.

摘要： An improved fuel injection pump is provided for an internal combustion engine (e.g., diesel engine), and is configured such that the secondary hand pump of the prior art can be eliminated. To achieve this result, the injection pump employs a one-way bearing or clutch on the input side of the drive shaft of the injection pump. By employing a one-way bearing or clutch, such as of the concentric roller type, or other suitable clutch, the fuel injection pump can be operated by direct coupling of the engine and the drive shaft of the fuel injection pump. Also with this configuration, once the engine is stopped, the drive shaft of the fuel injection pump can be manually driven in order to prime the system. Accordingly, by locating a one-way bearing or similar clutch device along the driveline of the fuel injection pump, the fuel injection pump can be both manually operated when the engine is shut off and automatically driven when the engine is running.
