The assembly comprises a piston rod which is adapted and arranged to be displaced in the dose delivery direction via mechanical interaction with the drive member for delivering the set dose. The assembly comprises at least one resilient pre-delivery element, wherein the assembly is configured such that the resilient pre-delivery element is biased when the drive member is displaced in the dose setting direction for setting the dose, the biased resilient pre-delivery element relaxes before the drive member is displaced in the dose delivery direction for delivering the dose. When the resilient pre-delivery element relaxes, the piston rod is displaced with respect to the resilient pre-delivery element in the dose delivery direction by a pre-delivery distance. Furthermore, a piston rod is provided.

摘要： A drive assembly for a drug delivery device is presented having a housing with a proximal end and a distal end, a drive member, and a piston rod. A longitudinal axis extends between the proximal end and the distal end and the piston rod is axially moveable relative to the housing. The piston rod has a guide track and the drive member has a guide piece disposed and movable in the guide track. The guide track is configured with at least one section which is oblique relative to the longitudinal axis and defines a displacement for dispensing a single pre-set dose of medication during a relative movement between the guide piece and the piston rod when the guide piece cooperates with the oblique section between a distal final area of the oblique section and a proximal final area of the oblique section.

The assembly further comprises at least one biasing member which is adapted and arranged to provide a force tending to bring the rotation member and the drive member out of mechanical cooperation in the operational mode. The assembly is switchable from the operational mode into a reset mode. For switching from the operational mode into the reset mode, the biasing member is configured to drive a relative axial movement between the drive member and the rotation member such that the rotation member and the drive member are brought out of mechanical cooperation. Furthermore, a drug delivery device is provided.

For setting a dose of a drug, the stop feature is configured to be rotated in a dose setting direction with respect to the blocking member and with respect to the housing. For delivering the set dose of the drug, the blocking member is configured to be axially displaced with respect to the stop feature away from an axial starting position and towards an axial interaction position. When the blocking member is in the axial starting position, the blocking member is axially offset from the stop feature and, when the blocking member is in the axial interaction position, the blocking member is configured to mechanically cooperate with the stop feature such that rotation of the stop feature in the dose setting direction with respect to the housing is prevented.
