    • A tunable photovoltaic electrochromic (PV-EC) device and module are provided. The device includes a transparent substrate, a thin film solar cell on the transparent substrate, a transparent conductive layer located on the transparent substrate beside the thin film solar cell, an EC material covering an exposed surface of the transparent conductive layer and the thin film solar cell, a switching apparatus, and a charge-discharge device coupled to the switching apparatus. The transparent conductive layer and a cathode layer of the thin film solar cell respectively serve as the anode and the cathode of the EC material simultaneously. The switching apparatus is electrically connected to the transparent conductive layer and electrically connected to the anode layer and the cathode layer of the thin film solar cell. The switching apparatus enters a control mode through a switch control signal.

    • A photosensitive circuit is provided. The photosensitive circuit is adapted to a pixel in a pixel array. The photosensitive circuit includes a display element for generating light, transmitting light, or reflecting light, a control circuit coupled to the display element for controlling light intensity of the display element according to a data line and a gate line, and a photosensitive element coupled between the gate line and a read line for generating current at the read line to sense the position of an object according to a reflected light or a shadow from ambient light when light from the display element is reflected by an object or ambient light is shadowed by the object.     • A level shifter for a gate driver has a driving transistor, a reset transistor, a charge/discharge circuit, a threshold voltage detector, and a memory capacitor. An initial threshold voltage of the driving transistor is detected by the threshold voltage detector, and then memorized in the memory capacitor. The charge/discharge circuit charges or discharges the capacitor, and receives a control signal to actuate the level shifter. The reset transistor receives an output signal of a next stage level shifter as a reset signal, so as to restore the initial status of the level shifter. In this way, the driving current output from the level shifter is irrelevant to the threshold voltage of the driving transistor.
