    • A method of fabricating a process chamber component having a textured surface includes applying a resist layer on an underlying surface of the component. A predetermined pattern of apertures is formed in the resist layer that exposes the underlying surface of the component. The underlying surface is etched through the apertures in the resist layer to form a textured surface having raised features with top corners. The resist layer is removed, and a treatment step is performed to form top corners that are rounded. In another method, the textured surface is formed by providing a patterned mask having apertures above the surface of the component. A material is sprayed through the apertures in the patterned mask and onto the surface to form a textured surface with raised features having the material.

    • A method of fabricating a process chamber component having a textured surface with raised features. The method comprises providing a process chamber component having a surface, and forming a patterned resist layer on the process chamber component, the patterned resist layer having apertures that expose portions of the surface of the process chamber component therethrough. A textured surface having raised features is formed on the process chamber component by propelling grit particles with a gas that is pressurized to a pressure sufficiently high to cause the grit particles to erode and remove material from the surface.

    • Disclosed herein is a non-contact package useful when an article to be stored or shipped in the package includes a sensitive surface, the performance of which will be detrimentally affected if the sensitive surface is contacted with a nominal amount of mechanical force. A fluid environment which does not produce sufficient mechanical force to detrimentally affect the sensitive surface may be used in contact with the sensitive surface to prevent an undesirable chemical reaction on the sensitive surface. A fluid environment may also be used inside the package to support surrounding walls of the package so that such walls do not contact the sensitive surface and/or to dissipate force applied to the exterior of the package so that the sensitive surface will not be damaged. The more advantageous embodiments of the non-contact packaging not only protect sensitive surfaces of articles within the packaging during storage and shipping of the package, but also reduce the possibility that sensitive surfaces of the article will be damaged by contact with the packaging material during removal of the article from the package.

    • The method and apparatus for forming and mounting a photovoltaic (PV) array of this invention is disclosed and provides, without limitation, (i) a PV module framing and coupling system which enables the attachment of PV modules to a roof or other mounting surface without requiring the use of separate structural support members which attach directly to and span between multiple PV modules in a formed PV array and (ii) an ancillary device attachment bracket, system, and method. One embodiment may provide a slidable parallel coupling for securely interlocking the outside surfaces of parallel frame members together in a side to side arrangement, thereby enabling the formation of a PV array with improved structural load distribution. Another embodiment may provide a photovoltaic module accessory bracket, comprising: a substantially rigid plate comprising a flexible spring tab; a first ear substantially rigidly positioned on the plate; a second ear positioned on the spring tab; wherein the spring tab flexes backward away from the plate during connection to a frame of a photovoltaic module to allow the first ear to engage the frame, and a forward force applied to the spring tab locks the second ear to the frame.

    • A method of installing temporary construction elements for an event without damaging a floor is disclosed. The method includes creating a digital file of an architectural template illustrating the construction elements. The method further includes printing the digital file as a full-scale architectural template. The full-scale architectural template comprises one or more sheets capable of protecting the floor during installation of the temporary construction elements, each sheet being a portion of the full-scale template. The method further includes placing and aligning the sheets on the floor so that the markings are positioned in the same location as the corresponding temporary construction elements should be and attaching the sheets to the floor. The method further includes installing the temporary construction elements on the sheets in accordance with the markings. The method further includes removing the sheets after installation of the construction elements.
