The PCB further includes a first BGA pad having a circular shape, and a first via having a circular shape, where the circular shape of the first via overlaps a portion of the circular shape of the first BGA pad and is rotated diagonally relative to a center of the first BGA pad. The PCB also includes a second BGA pad having a circular shape, and a second via having a circular shape, where the circular shape of the second via overlaps a portion of the circular shape of the second BGA pad and is rotated diagonally relative to a center of the second pad, and where a center of the second via is located at a first distance from the center of the first via and at a first angle relative to an axis that crosses a center of the first via.

摘要： In some embodiments, a printed circuit board, configured to be coupled to electronic components, includes a first material portion and any number of second material portions. Each second material portion is sized and spaced apart from an adjacent second material portion such that electromagnetic waves associated with the operation of the electronic components are substantially not reflected. The first material portion defines a first dielectric constant and the second material portion defines a second dielectric constant that is different than the value of the first dielectric constant.

摘要： The physical therapy tool comprises a large hoop with several small rings that slide around the hoop for use as a physical therapy or exercise aid. Moving the small rings around the hoop provides a measured, repeatable, and variable circumduction exercise for the arms and shoulders. The hoop is positioned out from the wall, and a patient moves the roller rings around the hoop to exercise the patient's range of motion and flexibility of the arms. The hoop is adjustable in height and angle to accommodate various sitting or standing positions of a patient, and to vary the therapeutic effect and results. To complete an exercise, the patient must move all the rings counter-clockwise and return the rings to the starting point on the hoop. As a patient's range of motion and flexibility increases, a therapist may adjust the height of the hoop to maximize therapeutic results.

The first hub is mounted to the first tubular member and is moveably coupled to the handpiece. The second hub is mounted to the second tubular member and defines a hub axis. The actuator assembly rotatably couples the second hub to the handpiece and includes an actuator. Movement of the actuator is translated to rotational movement of the second hub so as to effectuate spatial rotation of the cutting window. In this regard, the actuator movement is not co-axial with the hub axis.
