In case that the display substrate includes a plastic substrate, the plastic substrate may be prevented from being deformed during a photolithography process.

A side surface of the embossed portion may form an angle of about 60 to 90 degrees with a surface of the substrate. When the mold manufactured using the master is used in the imprinting process to manufacture the display device, air bubbles are kept away from the side surface of a resin pattern. Accordingly, defects of the wire pattern of the display device may be prevented.
