摘要： The suspension bump stop device comprises a rolling bearing (44) that forms an axial bump stop, equipped with an upper ring (46), with a lower ring (48) and with a plurality of rolling elements positioned between the rings, the upper and lower rings being supported respectively by an upper cup (40) and a lower cup (42), the lower cup forming a bearing means for a suspension spring (18), at least one sealing lip being provided on one of the cups so that it bears against a bearing surface portion of the other cup. The bearing surface portion is substantially cylindrical, the sealing lip being directed downwards away from the rolling bearing and bearing with radial interference against the said surface portion, the said substantially cylindrical surface portion being connected towards the top to a shoulder against which the lip can bear if the two cups become radially eccentric relative to one another.

The torque transmission mechanism includes a ring gear that transmits the starting torque, a one-way clutch disposed between the ring gear and the crankshaft, a bearing including a first ring coupled in rotation with the gear ring and a second ring coupled in rotation with the crankshaft and a front plate for coupling in rotation the crankshaft with the one-way clutch. The front plate is coupled in rotation with the crankshaft via the second ring of the bearing, by welding along a direction parallel to a central axis of the second ring of the bearing.

摘要： A torque transmission mechanism, for a starter for an internal combustion engine, is adapted to transmit a starting torque from a starter motor to a crankshaft. The torque transmission mechanism comprises a ring gear that transmits the starting torque and a one-way clutch disposed between the ring gear and the crankshaft, this ring gear comprising a gear side portion to which the starting torque is transmitted from the starter motor via gear mesh, and a flange extending between the gear side portion and an inner ring of the one-way clutch. The flange comprises an inner section which forms the inner ring of the one-way clutch and an outer section fixed to the inner section and on which the gear side portion is fixed. The inner and outer sections of the flange are fixed together by a mechanical assembly other than welding.
