摘要： It is aimed to prevent electrical charging inside a resin material as well as a surface of a resin vessel at a time of sterilizing the resin vessel by being irradiated with electron beam. A bottle support unit is mounted to a lower end portion of a cylindrical rotating shaft rotatably supported by a rotating wheel. The bottle support unit includes a pair of griper members by which a mouth portion of a bottle is gripped. The bottle rotated and conveyed in a state supported by the bottle support unit is irradiated with the electron beam from an electron beam irradiator to thereby sterilize the bottle. A ground electrode is disposed to be capable of being inserted into the interior of the resin vessel through a mouth portion thereof, and the interior of the resin vessel is irradiated with the electron beam in a state of the ground electrode being inserted into the resin vessel. Since extra electrons or ions generated by the irradiation to the resin vessel with the electron beam flow outside, the charge amount of the resin vessel is alleviated.

By removing moisture within the irradiation chamber 30 which is irradiated with the electron beam, the changing of nitrogen oxide to nitric acid is suppressed to thereby prevent metal portions from corroding.

The ECU adjusts the resonant frequency of the resonance coils to the power supply frequency in accordance with the measured S-parameters. Specifically, the ECU controls variable capacitors to adjust the resonant frequency of resonance coils and, after adjusting the resonant frequency, controls an impedance matching device to match the input impedance of the resonant system with the impedance on a high-frequency power supply device side viewed from the input port of the resonant system.

摘要： A resonance type non-contact charging device includes a high frequency power source, a primary side resonant coil, a secondary side resonant coil, a charger, a secondary battery, and a stop control unit. The primary side resonant coil receives supply of high frequency electric power from the high frequency power source. The secondary side resonant coil is arranged apart from the primary side resonant coil in a non-contact manner. The secondary side resonant coil receives electric power from the primary side resonant coil through magnetic field resonance between the primary side resonant coil and the secondary side resonant coil. The charger receives supply of high frequency electric power from the secondary side resonant coil. The secondary battery is connected to the charger. The stop control unit stops the high frequency power source before stopping the charger when charging is to be stopped.

摘要： It is aimed to eliminate charges accumulated inside a wall structure of a resin vessel 2, which is sterilized by an electron beam irradiator 16, and an ionizer 134 disposed outside a filler 112 emits to the outer surface of the resin vessel 2 with negative ions having the same polarity as that of charges accumulated in the wall section of the resin vessel 2, while conveying the resin vessel 2 sterilized by the electron beam irradiator 16 to the filler 112, by which liquid fills the resin vessel 2. A filling nozzle 132 is connected to ground, and an ion flowing path is formed through a liquid column La filling the interior of the resin vessel 2 from the filling nozzle 132. The ions having the negative charges in a filling liquid L flow toward ground side of the ionizer 134, and on the other hand, ions having positive charges are attracted to the inner surface of the resin vessel 2 to thereby neutralize the charges remaining inside the wall structure of the resin vessel 2 with the ions having the positive charges.

摘要： A magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus changes a display location of an on-screen-display (OSD) for setting a condition responsive to a ratio of lateral length vs. vertical length of a screen of a display device such as TV and an aspect ratio of a video. In this apparatus, an OSD controller generates an OSD signal. An OSD signal outputting section allows a video output signal to include this OSD signal. A selector selects an aspect ratio of a display area of the video output signal. When the selector selects a given aspect ratio, the controller places the OSD signal at a location in the video output signal responsive to the aspect ratio. The OSD is thus normally displayed without being cut off from the screen.
