    • This present invention is a convenient automatic apparatus for handling sewage and grey-water which is tapable of removing waste from a waste holding tank, disinfecting a holding tank, and further allowing waste to be moved into a sewer or septic system through the use of a plurality of electric servo motors, sensors, cameras, hoses, booster motor, actuators and hydraulic system. This present invention can receive and transmit data via a wireless communication system, record information about the amount of waste product received and can communicate with the server software, generate a bill and generate a receipt. This present invention can allow a Recreational Vehicle, Autonomous Vehicle, Automobile, Travel Trailer, Airplane, Boat, Portable Toilet, Railroad Passenger Car, in a designated area, to connect the automatic electric electronic waste handling apparatus to the Release Mechanism affixed to a variety of vehicle holding tanks to remove waste from a black water, grey water holding tank, clean the holding tank and disinfect the holding tank. This present invention allows the vehicle to automatically dispose of waste matter, urine, feces, toilet paper and grey-water hands free in a manner that is safe for the environment and the end user, allowing for greater ease of use and efficiency as well as increased profits for businesses through labor savings.

    • A clock signal generator responsive to a frequency control word and a reference clock signal having a reference clock frequency fref. The clock signal generator generates an output clock signal having a frequency fgen, wherein fgen is less than fref. A modulo-N counter accepts the reference clock signal as input. The modulo-N counter generates a phase-indication signal of the reference clock. The phase indication signal has N clock phases repeating at a frequency of fref/N. An accumulator iteratively accumulates a frequency control word into a modulo-N adder and produces an accumulated value. One or more bits of the accumulated value is fed-back into the modulo-N adder for adding modulo N to the accumulated value in the next iteration. N of the modulo-N adder is the same integer as in the modulo-N counter. A clock edge selector receives as inputs the phase indication signal and one or more bits of the accumulated value and by comparing the inputs selects an edge of the reference clock signal upon which to toggle the state of the output clock signal. The clock edge selector preferably selects the edge from: (i) only rising edges of the reference clock signal, (ii) only falling edges of the reference clock signal or (iii) both rising and falling edges of the reference clock signal. The clock edge selector selects between a rising edge and a falling edge of the reference clock signal preferably based on one or more bits of the accumulated value.

    • An apparatus for indicating the proper pendulum putting stroke to a golfer with An elongated display device that is positioned on a floor parallel to the stroke path of the practicing golfer, A display device containing multiple microcontroller module sections, each containing visual indicators spaced uniformly along the length of the sections, Each section being responsive to commands from a peripheral computing device to turn on a specific visual indicator, a peripheral computing device such as a personal computer running a computer program which calculates the putting stroke based on desired distance, green speed, and the golfer's personal rhythm rate in beats per minute, A peripheral computing device that after calculating the putting stroke time-position data, commands the display device to turn on and off consecutive visual indicators at a predefined time in such a way as to display a putting stroke path, and show the golfer the proper time-space dynamics to strike a golf ball a desired distance.

    • Urea Phosphite is a new composition of matter useful as a fertilizer and as a fungicide. It is made by reacting phosphorous acid with urea. Urea Phosphite is characterized by being a liquid produced in an unprocessed reaction, and by having phosphite as a phosphorus source and urea as a nitrogen source. The reaction products may be separated, blended with an admix and spray dried, or dissolved in water. This new composition of matter avoids the pitfalls of pathological acerbation reported with the use of phosphite fertilizers and fungicides. When blended with an admix, this new composition is also believed to have the ability to break dormancy in temperate fruiting crops.
