摘要： A dielectric porcelain composition contains a major component represented by a composition formula (BaO.xTiO2). The dielectric porcelain composition contains also contains a first minor component represented by a composition formula raB2O3 and a second minor component represented by a composition formula rbCuO. In the formulae, x is a molar ratio of TiO2 to BaO and is within a range of 4.6 to 8, ra is a weight ratio of B2O3 with respect to the major component and is within a range of 0.5 to 5% by mass, and rb is a weight ratio of CuO with respect to the major component and is within a range of 0.1 to 3% by mass.

摘要： A highly reliable ceramics substrate which can sufficiently secure a bonding strength of a surface conductor in an initial state and after a lapse of time (e.g., after a PCT) is provided. The multilayer ceramics substrate has a surface conductor on at least one surface of a multilayer body constituted by a plurality of laminated ceramics substrate layers. A reaction phase formed by a reaction between a ceramics component in the ceramics substrate layers and a glass component in the surface conductor is deposited at an interface between the surface conductor and ceramics substrate layers. For example, an alumina filler in the ceramics substrate layers and Zn in the surface conductor react with each other, thereby forming ZnAl2O4 as the reaction phase.

The system comprises: a broadcast unit 24 capable of broadcasting interactive TV broadcast service to mobile terminals 23 with a TV receiving unit; and a dedicated terminal 27 connected to said mobile terminal 23 over the internet 25 and the public switched telephone network for mobile phone 26; wherein said dedicated terminal 27 includes: a camera selection information sending unit 31 for sending a camera selection information used to select a camera image to said mobile terminal 23; a camera selected information receiving unit 32 for receiving a camera selected information selected from said camera selection information from said mobile terminal 23; and a switching signal output unit 33 for sending a switching signal to said image switching unit 29 of the broadcast unit 24 on the basis of said received camera selected information.

摘要： A ladder circuit editing system inputs and edits a sequence program for a program controller in the form of a ladder diagram. The ladder circuit editing system has an unavailable area storing at least one inputted circuit pattern and an available area storing a new circuit pattern, and successively inputs circuit patterns from the available area. The ladder circuit editing system includes a circuit pattern extracting means, a display means, and a copying means. The circuit pattern extracting means compares a circuit element from a circuit pattern stored in the available area with a circuit element from a circuit pattern already stored in the unavailable area, and extracts a circuit pattern containing a circuit element that agrees with a stored one. The display means displays the extracted circuit pattern on an input screen. The copying means copies the extracted circuit pattern into the available area according to an operator's entry.

The glass ceramic layers contain at least one diffusion element selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr and Mn. The internal conductors contain Ag as a conductive material. The multilayer ceramic substrate is produced by the steps of adding at least one diffusion element selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr and Mn to conductive paste and diffusing the diffusion element in the glass ceramic layers around the conductive paste. As a result, defects otherwise possibly generated around the internal conductors can be eliminated with exactitude.
