    • A bellows pump having a pump body including a suction path and a discharge path for a fluid and a bellows which is placed in a state where a basal end flange is airtightly fixed to the pump body to form a pump chamber with respect to the pump body. The bellows pump further comprises an actuation plate which is attached to a head portion of the bellows so as to cause the bellows to expand and contract with respect to the pump body. The bellows is further configured so that an airtight space is formed with between the actuation plate and a cup shape section formed in the head portion, such that a pressure rise can be absorbed and relaxed by contraction of the space portion caused by elastic film deformation of the thin head portion which faces the space portion.

    • A temperature sensor according to the present invention includes a sensor body for sensing a temperature; a sheath pin core wire electrically connected to the sensor body; a connector electrically connecting between the sheath pin core wire and the lead wire; and a protection tube for containing the connector and the sheath pin core wire, and for protecting the connector and the sheath pin core wire. A connection portion between the sheath pin core wire and the lead wire is hardened by a ceramic material so that a molded portion is provided. A displacement limiting means is provided for limiting displacement of the molded portion exceeding a predetermined value in the protection tube. The present invention can sufficiently reduce the tension acting on a sheath pin core wire. Further, the present invention can provide an exhaust temperature sensor having a sufficiently low tension acting on the sheath pin core wire which can be effectively used in an internal combustion engine.

    • A temperature sensor has a temperature sensitive element for detecting a temperature, a sheath pin having core wires electrically connected to the temperature sensitive element, lead wires to output a detection signal of the temperature sensitive element to an outside device, connectors through which the core wires and the lead wires are connected, and a protection tube accommodating the core wires, the lead wires and the connectors. The protection tube has a supporting member made of an elastic member having inserting and supporting holes through which the connectors are inserted and supported. Each connector has a circular arc part and claw parts. The circular arc part is made along a profile of a front end part of each lead wire. The claw parts are formed at both the end parts of the circular arc part. Each claw part pushes an inner wall surface of the corresponding inserting and supporting hole.
