摘要： A floor scrubber that includes a housing having a plurality of brush assemblies mounted therein. Each brush assembly is connected to a liquid supply by a tube. A disperser is mounted on each brush assembly and cleaning liquid flows from the liquid supply onto the disperser. As the brush assembly is rotated, the disperser rotates in unison with the assembly and the cleaning liquid is dispersed onto the bristles and onto the floor surface to be cleaned. The disperser includes a plurality of fins that aid in propelling the cleaning fluid onto the bristles.

摘要： A resurfacing disk which mounts to a rotatable disk mount of a conventional rotary floor resurfacing machine. The resurfacing disk includes a rigid upper disk with four counterbored holes through an upper surface corresponding to four downwardly open holes of each disk mount. A resilient, flanged grommet is retained extending through corresponding holes of a retaining plate mounted to the upper surface. The grommets include respective vertically oriented longitudinal bores closely receive a mounting pin which extends from a corresponding hole of the disk mount. A plurality of rotary cutters each include a bracket which mounts to the upper disk opposite the grommets and an externally toothed cutter rotatably mounted thereto. The rotatable toothed cutters are oriented radially outwardly of the resurfacing disk so as to rotate while engaging the floor as the resurfacing disk spins with the disk mount. A resiliently deformable lower disk may be mounted in place of the rotary cutters and a sandpaper disk is removably affixed thereto using sheets interconnectable hook and a loop fastener material. The grommets and the lower disk deform to permit the floor resurfacing device to more closely follow contours of the floor surface and are easily replaceable if damaged or worn out.

摘要： A foundation protective layer for installation adjacent a foundation wall of a building includes a thermally insulative layer comprising a layer of foam and an upwardly extending drain passage thereon to facilitate drainage of groundwater, typically into a french drain. The drain passage may be formed within a conduit or a strip of porous material mounted on the insulative layer. A channel may be formed in the insulative layer in which the conduit or strip of porous material is disposed. The conduit may have a corrugated sidewall which may be perforated or split along its length. The strip of porous material may be formed of a web of non-woven fibers. An attachment mechanism may be used for attaching the insulative layer to the foundation wall.
