    • A fuel-storing ordnance canister for release from military aircraft that does not explode upon impact, its collapsible accordion-like structure instead forcefully dispersing atomized fuel in an upwardly direction in the impact zone after descent for dispersal in, around, and beyond the impact zone. When the fuel from multiple canisters is released into a drop zone and later ignited by a dropped or ground-based incendiary device, all life in the dispersal area is eliminated. Tail fins assure nose-down flight and provide handles for easy canister handling and loading onto airplanes. The configuration of a pop-open tail plug allows for its partial release upon canister collapse to create a spray nozzle that atomizes the fuel stored in the canister as it is being dispersed. The most preferred application is by the U.S. Military to eliminate terrorists hiding in caves, hidden ordnance, and other areas previously resistant to air-released ordnance.

    • A stealth transporter aircraft having a rhomboid airframe with a dihedral bottom surface and a top surface designed as an airfoil. The rhomboid cross-sectional configuration of the airframe gives it increased lift, stealth characteristics, and enhanced load bearing capacity. The aircraft does not have conventional wing structure and its dihedral bottom surface allows it to make wheels-up emergency landings on water and hard runway surfaces with greater pilot survivability. A rigid central tubular area extending nearly the full length of the airframe is configured for passengers, luggage, munitions, and/or equipment and provides a backbone for the aircraft. The aircraft further has rear engines, a large fuel carrying capability, and may also undergo primarily interior modifications for function as a space plane or air-to-air fueling tanker. A vortex spoiler on the side edges of the airframe is also preferred, which eliminates trails while in high altitude flight.

    • A system and method whereby power pods having multiple permanent magnets or coils of wire with a very low voltage charge create a multiple magnetic fields within frequently traveled roadways and other surfaces so that voltage is created when vehicles carrying ferrous metal pass over it. The most efficient areas for electrical generation are the downhill sides of bridges, hills, and mountain grades, although the power pods may be used on substantially flat surfaces if not too closely spaced together to drain inertia from passing vehicles. An added benefit on inclined surfaces, the magnetic field would have a speed-reducing effect on the vehicles. Enhancement of electrical generation via the present invention system could be achieved by installing a permanent magnet on vehicular and railroad traffic. Applications may include, but are not limited to, highways and railroads.

    • A propulsion system designed to propel submarine and surface vessels by discharging fluid rearwardly with a reaction of increased force that is approximately twenty percent greater than that possible with conventional propeller systems. Its conical/tapered housing is mounted to the inside bottom surface and transom of a marine vessel hull whereby a keyhole-shaped inlet opening directs a large volume of seawater into the housing's wider end. Seawater then flows across several increasingly smaller propellers positioned within the housing. A reverse and steering assembly with a movable gate can be optionally aligned with the discharge end of the housing to control the direction of marine vessel movement. Size is not a limiting factor for the present invention and its operation is virtually silent. Also, its inlet opening is always below the water level so priming is never needed and no transmission is required. Recreational, commercial, and military applications are contemplated.

    • A thermodynamic pressure generator having an oscillating valve that allows premixed fuel to enter a combustion chamber in turbulence, until it comes into contact with an annular spoiler, which converts a portion of the fuel into a Karmon vortex ring for delayed ignition. A continuous spark then ignites the remaining fuel with rapid pressure rise that kills the vortex. The fuel in the vortex goes from laminar to turbulence, adding fuel to the already burning charge, super charging it and permitting total ignition. Thus, present invention exhaust contains no polluting by-products and only sensible heat is released into the environment. Exhaust gases are released radially through turbine vanes having a shape that permits a relatively low rotational speed, with sufficient peripheral speed to create torque of considerable degree. Applications include, but are not limited to, land transportation vehicles, propeller-driven airplanes, and marine vessels.

    • A sea chest that can provide a large volume of water substantially without drag or cavitation for cooling the inboard engines of a marine vessel. The keyhole shape through the bottom surface of the sea chest is critical to its function and causes eddys to form at its outside edges, as well as water to flow into the sea chest at the center of these edges. The present invention sea chest also has an orifice through which a quick burst of air or water can be sent to clean debris clogs and eliminate the need for manual cleaning. Present invention size and mounting location are determined by its application. Although not limited thereto, use of the present invention is generally contemplated for large and high-speed marine vessels. However the present invention can also provide benefit to smaller marine vessels, including those as small in length as twenty feet.
