In embodiments, an activation message is received from a non-provisioned mobile device identifying a user account. In various other embodiments, it is determined whether activation is authorized by sending a confirmation message to a provisioned mobile device and receiving an authorization message from the provisioned mobile device.

摘要： A method and apparatus for repairing a probe on a probe card is provided. A plurality of beams is formed on a beam panel. The plurality of beams includes a replacement beam. After identifying a damaged beam on the probe card, the damaged beam is removed from the probe card. The beam panel is aligned with the probe card. After the beam panel is aligned, the aligned beam panel is temporarily affixed to the probe card. After the beam panel is temporarily affixed to the probe card, the replacement beam is affixed at a location previously occupied by the damaged beam. After the replacement beam is affixed at the location, the beam panel is removed from the probe card.

The communication system includes a wireless device that connects to a cellular network and personal area network. The cellular network includes a Global Positioning System server that provides location information based on the current location of the wireless device. A location-unaware device communicates with the wireless device to receive location information via the wireless device when the wireless device is within a predetermined distance of the location-unaware device. The location unaware device connects to a service database to store the location information and queries the service database to complete communication requests generated by a plain-old-telephone-system device that is connects to the location unaware device.

摘要： A device that mounts onto the front of a kayak to assist in righting the kayak after it rolls over. It consists of a small mast that is attached to a hinged base. An inflatable bag is attached to the top of the mast along with equipment to inflate the bag. A lanyard is attached to the inflation equipment and to the top of the mast. In a rollover, the user pulls the lanyard, which causes the bag to inflate and the mast to rotate 90 degrees. This places the mast perpendicular to the kayak with the inflated bag at the far end of the mast. The inflated bag acts like an outrigger that causes the kayak to roll back upright automatically. In this way, the kayak is turned upright with minimal problems and difficulties for the user.
