摘要： A three-motion picture camera is equipped with a shutter opening angle adjusting device capable of changing the opening angle of a shutter including a plurality of concentrically disposed shutter blades from 0.degree. to a predetermined opening angle by changing on relative position of the shutter blades. The opening angle adjusting device includes a mechanism for varying the relative position of the shutter blades, a cam mechanism for actuating said varying mechanism, and a motor for exclusively actuating the cam mechanism. The adjusting device is further provided with a control device for detecting the speed of the motor and controlling the rotational speed of the motor to a substantially constant speed, whereby the camera can perform fading photography which is assured of fading time and overlap photography having a fading effect.

摘要： A motion picture camera with a release device capable of selective control of rotative movement of the shutter blade in the camera for a normal motion picture sequence and for a single frame slot depending upon the position of a selector therefor. The release device is provided with the single stop lever arranged between the shutter blade and a release member to be pivoted in either of two planes, perpendicular to each other. For a motion picture sequence, as the pivotal movement of the stop lever is limited to only one of the planes, it is retained in operative engagement with the release member so long as the latter is pressed, thus permitting a number of revolutions of the shutter blade in sequence. When the selector is manually switched to the single frame position, a disengage actuator is brought into cooperation with both of the shutter blade and the stop lever in such a manner that just after an exposure aperture is covered by the shutter blade to terminate a single frame exposure, the disengage actuator causes a pivotal movement of the stop lever in the other plane which in turn causes the stop lever to be taken out of the operative engagement with the release member as the stop lever is pivoted in the first-named plane regardless of the fact that release member is pressed. This results in operative engagement of the stop lever with the shutter blade to stop the shutter blade in the exposure aperture closed position.

摘要： The present invention relates to a motion picture camera which includes a color conversion filter for adapting the tungsten type film to the daylight photography, a manual operation means capable of taking the filter out of the photographic optical path and compensating the sensitivity of the exposure meter device in accordance with the removal of the filter so as to adapt the tungsten type film to the tungsten light photography and a detecting means for removing the filter from the photographic optical path by detecting that the film is of the daylight type so that the tungsten type film as well as the daylight film can be used. The camera is characterized in that it is provided with a holding means which is functionally engaged with the above mentioned detecting means so as to hold the sensitivity of the above mentioned exposure meter device in the state to be used for the daylight photography with the tungsten type film when the detecting means detects that the loaded film is of the daylight type, whereby the operation of the above mentioned manual operation means is nullified when the daylight film is used.

When a sound film is loaded, it is guided to through both locations whereas when a silent film is loaded, it is guided through only the image recording location. Apparatus are provided to detect disorder or abnormal change in operations of the camera and to stop the motion of the camera when such change occurs.

In this manner the first timer means is driven by means of a spring means as a driving source while the second timer means is driven by means of the camera driving motor as driving source and controls the timing of the start and stop of the photographing at the time of the automatic photographing.
