摘要： The present invention provides a technique to reduce a stress of thick spin-on dielectric layer by forming a sandwich dielectric structure, wherein a first dielectric layer is formed on a substrate by spin coating, a liquid phase deposited (LPD) silica layer is formed the first dielectric layer, and a second dielectric layer is formed on the LPD silica layer by spin coating. The LPD silica layer can be further subjected to a nitrogen plasma treatment to enhance its thermal stability and anti-water penetration ability.

摘要： A process of forming a low dielectric constant (low k) material is disclosed. The process of the present invention comprises introducing silane (SinH2nnull2) and fluorocarbon (CmF2mnull2) gases, where nnull1 to 3 and mnull1 to 3, into a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) chamber, thus forming a low dielectric material layer on a substrate having semiconductor devices by the CVD process. An in situ Argon annealing process is then performed in the chamber. The process of the present invention produces a layer having a dielectric constant of 2.5 and good thermal stability.

摘要： This invention provides a method for syntheses of new electroluminescent conjugated polymers modified with high electronegative heterocyclic groups (such as 1,3,4-oxadiazole-diyl, 1,3,4-thiadiazole-diyl, and 1,2,4-triazole-diyl). These electroluminescent polymers (homopolymers, statistical copolymers or block coplymers) are obtained by polymerization of bis(halomethyl) arenes modified with heterocyclic groups via the Wessling precursor route, Gilch side chain route, Wittig reaction or Wittig-Hornor reaction. By a proper selection of the monomers and their ratios in the polymerization, the emissive polymers (fully conjugated or limited conjugating length) covering the full visible range even extending to the near-IR range can be prepared. The polymeric light emitting diodes (PLED) with these materials as emissive layer or electron transport layer have high external quantum efficiency and can be used as indicators and displays for cellular phones, pagers, portable computer, wristwatch, toys, etc.

The main problem with the network test base system is that there are neither sufficiently many nor good enough test items. To satisfy these two points, there must be more test item resources and a mechanism for assessing test items to determine whether a test item should stay in the test base. The present invention provides a method for automation of dynamic test item collection and assessment, which allows teacher and students to contribute test items to the test base and each independently managed test base can share test items. This can make the test base rapidly grow and expand the size of a test base. The more independent the student are, the higher the applicability of this method is. For assessing the quality of a test item, the present invention modifies a conventional internal consistency analysis, which can immediately change the discriminations of the test items once a student finishes the test, but does not need to wait until all students finish the test like all traditional assessment analysis. This method is called the dynamic weighted internal consistency analysis.
