摘要： A computer aided design system and a computer aided design program which can greatly increase the utility of a computer aided design model, and can improve the efficiency of design and production processes, by adopting a curved surface theory which ensures the continuity of a free-form line or surface. A computer executes: a point sequence information extraction process for extracting a plurality of point sequences on a curved surface; a dividing process for generating a curved surface from the point sequences and dividing the curved surface into a predetermined number of mesh points; a first fundamental form computing process for computing coefficients of the first fundamental form; a second fundamental form computing process for computing coefficients of the second fundamental form; and a storage process for storing the point sequence information, the coefficients of the first fundamental form and the coefficients of the second fundamental form.

摘要： The present invention intends to find out a gene participating in addition of mannose phosphate to a sugar chain of a glycoprotein originating in a yeast belonging to the genus Pichia and provide a means of controlling the same. The present invention also intends to provide a process for producing a protein with reduction of an acidic sugar chain by using the thus controlled yeast strain belonging to the genus Pichia. Namely, the present invention includes a protein participating in the addition of mannose phosphate to a sugar chain of a glycoprotein; a gene coding this protein; a mutant of this gene; a vector carrying the mutant gene; a yeast strain belonging to the genus Pichia having been transformed by this vector; a process for producing a protein with reduction of an acidic sugar chain by using the transformed yeast strain; and a glycoprotein thus produced.

摘要： A demodulator for an angle modulated signal consists of circuitry particularly adaptable to integrated circuit construction. The various circuit functional groups are adapted to be connected in parallel, rather than serially, across the power source, thereby enabling good performance in systems having low voltage power sources. The angle modulated signal is converted into first and second signals of opposite phase. Also, the angle modulated signal is phase shifted an amount dependent upon the frequency deviation from a center frequency, the first and phase shifted signals are applied to a first OR circuit which provides the largest input signal as its output. The second and phase shifted signals are applied to a second OR circuit which provides the largest input signal as its output. The two OR circuit outputs are low-pass filtered and subtracted to provide the demodulated output.
