A large area power source land connected to a power source terminal of the digital IC is formed in the vicinity of the power source terminal by the first electric conductive layer, which sandwiches the insulation layer in cooperation with the second electrostatic conductive layer so that an electrostatic capacitance larger than a line-to-line distribution capacitance formed by the signal patterns can be formed between the power source land and the second electric conductive layer.

    • A bicycle type training machine includes a crank arm secured to a rotation shaft, pedals being attached to the both free ends of the crank arm. A rotation shaft of a generator is coupled to the rotation shaft of the crank arm. Data of load amount to be loaded to the rotation shaft of the crank arm is outputted by a microcomputer. The load value data is then compared with a count value of a counter to which a pulse train is applied from a reference oscillator, and a pulse signal having the high level and the low level in accordance with a result of the comparison is outputted from a comparator. A duty ratio of the outputted pulse signal is decided by the periods of the high level and the low level and changed in accordance with the load value data. A switching transistor electrically connected in parallel to an armature of the generator is turned-on or -off in response to the high level or the low level of the pulse signal. Braking force of the generator is changed in accordance with the duty ratio of the switching transistor. Therefore, the load that is decided by the load value data from the microcomputer is loaded to the rotation shaft of the crank arm and thus the legs of the user.

    • This invention provides an information processing system for a secondary storage medium which can prevent illegitimate reproduction of secondary storage media such as CD-ROMs by allowing only a secondary storage medium in a prescribed relation with a case therefor to be used. A first name data is stored in a secondary storage medium such as a CD-ROM beforehand, while a second name data with a relation with the first name data of the secondary storage medium as well as a name address therefor are stored in a ROM provided in a storage case. When a CPU is activated, it reads the first name data of the secondary storage medium according to the name address and a security element provided in the case compares the first name data with the second name data stored in the ROM. If the security element decides that the two name data have a prescribed relation with each other, a system controller reads a part of the program data stored in the CD-ROM for the inherent object for the image processor and sends it to a main RAM. Then, the CPU runs the program in the main RAM.
