    • Systems and methods are described herein for creating, maintaining and applying a dataset that can be used to synchronize multiple instances of a data store. The dataset includes a sequentially-ordered sequence of change sets associated with the data store, wherein each change set includes zero or more entries that specify how the state of certain entities in the data store have changed since state changes represented by a previous change set in the sequence were applied to the data store. When a new change set is added to the dataset, any entries in any previously-added change sets dealing with the entities identified in the new change set are removed. Consequently, the dataset provides a concise and complete representation of all the state changes that have occurred to the data store since a known origin state.

    • A method is provided for analyzing radio spectrum solutions of a wireless communication service. The method may include obtaining address information of two end points of a wireless communication path of the wireless communication service and performing a check on the address information based on a database system configured to store valid address information and associated geographical information. The method may also include obtaining location related information including a distance between the two end points and determining rain zone information based on the address information and associated geographical information, retrieving radio equipment information on a plurality of radio equipment, and determining a plurality of available wireless communication solutions based on the location related information and the radio equipment information. Each solution may include at least one of a radio spectrum availability and a throughput. Further, the method may include presenting the plurality of wireless communication solutions.

    • A file folder system is disclosed which allows the manufacturer to display indicia information (such as source indicia, such as a trademark) to the folder without detracting from the utility of the folder itself. Several embodiments are disclosed include a notch in one folder panel which creates a window in the other panel where the indicia in imprinted. In another embodiment, one panel is punched through to reveal portions of the other panel. These apertures are formed in the pattern of the desired indicia, so that the user can determine if there are contents in the folder and simultaneously, the indicia is permanently displayed without obstructing the use of the folder.
