    • A wheel lock includes a key engaging member and a rotatable sleeve. The key engaging member has a threaded opening for receiving a bolt and a key shaped end for mating with a key. The rotatable sleeve surrounds at least a portion of the key engaging member. The rotatable sleeve is attached to the key engaging member and is capable of rotating around the key engaging member. The wheel lock may further include a spring washer for attaching the rotatable sleeve to the key engaging member. The key engaging member is configured such that the key engaging member rotates when a shaped protrusion of the key is mated with the key shaped end of the key engaging member and the key is rotated.

    • A series of high security fastener constructions feature rotatable anti-theft shrouds mounted on locking wheel nuts and wheel bolts designed for vehicular wheels. Each construction features (1) a fastener body having a first body end adapted to accommodate a key receiving pattern or member, a second body end having thread pattern extending therefrom, and a shroud receiving portion located between the first and second body ends, (2) a shroud concentrically mounted on the shroud receiving, and (3) a shroud retaining system for retaining the shroud for rotation relative to the fastener body such that the shroud will rotate under an applied torque prior to the fastener rotating when it is installed at a design installation torque. Exemplary shroud retaining systems include (1) designs in which the shroud is retained by interference engagement of its inner side with the fastener body, (2) designs in which the shroud is retained by staking or swaging to the fastener body, and (3) designs in which the shroud is retained by first and second retaining members that are mounted on the fastener body in facing relationship with first and second annular faces of the shroud. The shroud can be substantially tubular, or it can be thickened at one end to provide a security enhancement feature.

    • An improved tamper resistant screw and driver tool. In one embodiment, the present invention provides a tamper resistant screw and screw driver tool. The screw head features a unique tamper resistant design. The screw cannot be turned successfully with standard screw drivers, pliers, vice grips, wrenches or socket type wrenches. It is driven by a specially designed driver tool which, upon application, is centered on the screw head to avoid side-to-side slippage and is driven by angle-to-angle contact. The angle and depth of the drive tool can be changed to maximize the amount of torque delivered to the screw. This design not only discourages an individual from attempting to gain access to a restricted area, it will clearly indicate if the screw head has been tampered with by means of score marks and gouges.

    • A bolt assembly includes a head having a lock connected thereto which includes an eccentric rod with a curved outer periphery and a flat surface. A bead is retractably connected to an outer periphery of the curved outer periphery. A shank has teeth in an outer periphery thereof and has an end plate which has recesses such that the curved outer periphery of the eccentric rod can be selectively and removably engaged with one of the recesses by using a key to operate the lock. A cover is connected to an underside of the head. The shank is co-rotated with the head when the curved outer periphery of the eccentric rod is engaged with one of the recesses. When the curved outer periphery of the eccentric rod is removed from the recesses, the head is independently rotated relative to the shank so that the bolt assembly cannot be unscrewed.
