摘要： A shaft type linear motor including a stator in which plural hollow cylindrical coils are disposed so that the center through holes thereof are arranged linearly so as to form a shaft insertion hole; a driving shaft including permanent magnets, the same magnetic poles, the north or south magnetic poles, being disposed in the axial direction so as to be opposed to each other, and movably inserted into the stator; sensor units disposed in the axial direction of the stator so as to have a predetermined clearance therebetween and equipped with plural magnetic pole detection sensors that detect the magnetic field intensities of the permanent magnets and output magnetic field intensity signals; and a detection section for receiving the magnetic field intensity signals output from the magnetic pole detection sensors and for detecting the position of the driving shaft on the basis of the plural magnetic field intensity signals.

摘要： An image information processing system permits stable display of image information regarding an object on an image display device even if an image area of the object recognized through an infrared camera is unstable. In the image information processing system, a first image area recognition unit recognizes a first image area associated with an object on the basis of a second variable based on the position of the object measured through the infrared camera. Further, a second image area recognition unit estimates the first image area on the basis of a first variable and a second variable based on the running mode of an automobile, and recognizes the estimated image area as a second image area. Then, an image information control unit causes a head-up display to display one or both of the first image information associated with the first image area and the second image information associated with the second image area.

摘要： An apparatus and a method for mounting electronic components are provided which shorten a cycle time required for mounting and enable a component mounting machine to be arranged in a small area. There is provided a controller, so that a retreat control for a second electronic component is performed to a second component feeder so as to avoid an interference if a first electronic component or a component holder interferes with the second electronic component of the second component feeder because of movement of a mounting head. The time conventionally required for moving up and down a component holder can be reduced, and moreover the need of uselessly moving along a detour at a time of moving the mounting head is eliminated. The cycle time can be shortened, and eventually costs can be reduced.

摘要： The safety device includes an opening/closing cover which isolates a takeout part and an accommodating part of a component feeder unit from each other and which has a sensor for detecting a closed state. The component feeder unit includes the component accommodating part, a feed-out part and the takeout part, and sensors for transmission through voids common to the plurality of set component feeder units. Upon a detection by any one of the sensors during the operation of the machine, the machine is halted. For replacement of the component feeder units, a changeover switch is pressed, by which the detecting function is paused for a specified time period. Thus, a safety device which allows the component feeder units to be replaced even during the operation of the machine can be obtained.

摘要： In an electronic component mounting apparatus, nozzle mechanisms are formed slender by providing shaft-type linear motors vertically upward of nozzle units and providing linear encoders vertically upward of the shaft-type linear motors, respectively. Thus, it becomes possible to reduce the occupational area of the individual nozzle mechanisms in XY directions (horizontal direction), thereby allowing the pitch of neighboring nozzles to be narrowed. It also becomes achievable to keep up with increasingly narrow mounting pitches of electronic components on boards of increasingly smaller-size and higher-integration.
