摘要： The Web customer contact system is based on distributed execution of service logic programs that can be dynamically altered based on changing business needs. The distributed and dynamic program modification makes the Web customer contact system scalable and customization to the most demanding business operation needs. For example, existing workflow based GUI programming tool, which only support centralized specification, down load and execution of routing rules for incoming calls in a contact center. The new system WCC system can allow user to specify a set of service logic program (SLP) can be dynamically attached to any distributed “addressable entities” in the WCC system. The addressable entities can be a user, an agent, an email box, a work group, IVR system, or a department web site. The addressable entities can be located anywhere that can be reached by internet address (an URL or other types of identities). The SLP associated with the addressable entities can be dynamically downloaded from the “home” location of the SLP. The SLP allows a business to define the way of handling customer's messages such as call, chat and email in a flexible and programmable way using an open specification interface such as, XML technology.

摘要： A video surveillance system is disclosed. The system includes a model database storing a plurality of models and a vector database storing a plurality of vectors of recently observed trajectories. The system includes a model building module that builds a new motion model corresponding to the motion data of the current trajectory data structure. The system generates a current trajectory data structure having motion data and abnormality scores. The system also includes a database purging module configured to determine a subset of vectors that is most similar to the current trajectory data structure based on a measure of similarity between the subset of vectors and the current trajectory data structure. The database purging module is further configured to replace one of the motion models in the model database with the new motion model based on an amount of vectors in the subset vectors the recentness of the subset of vectors.

In yet other aspects, an application domain template can allow a user to define a query definition that can then be processed with a mapping of the application domain template to translate Xpath, Xquery, or others to a database query.

摘要： The surveillance visualization system extracts information from plural cameras to generate a graphical representation of a scene, with stationary entities such as buildings and trees represented by graphical model and with moving entities such as cars and people represented by separate dynamic objects that can be coded to selectively reveal or block the identity of the entity for privacy protection. A power lens tool allows users to specify and retrieve results of data mining operations applied to a metadata store linked with objects in the scene. A distributed model is presented where a grid or matrix is used to define data mining conditions and to present the results in a variety of different formats. The system supports use by multiple persons who can share metadata and data mining queries with one another.

The antenna switch receives a control signal transmitted from the baseband control chip, and the antenna switch connects to a corresponding line according to the control signal, and transmits signals between the antenna and the connected line; the GSM low frequency filter receives the signals of a first frequency band or a second frequency band which are transmitted by the antenna switch, and passes the signals of the first frequency band or the second frequency band; the GSM high frequency filter receives the signals of a third frequency band or a fourth frequency band which are transmitted by the antenna switch, and passes the signals of the third frequency band and the fourth frequency band. The present disclosure also discloses an equipment for four-frequency transceiving of GSM. By adopting the device and the equipment disclosed by the present disclosure, lines can be simplified, and the cost can be reduced.
