    • A multiple testing system has plural testing units which are disposed independently, and a single information processing device. The testing unit has a frame, a loading mechanism supported at the frame and applying a desired load quantity on a test body, and a detector detecting a load quantity applied on the test body. By multitasking control and with respect to the testing units, the information processing device carries out: feedback control processing for, on the basis of a detected load quantity, controlling the loading mechanism such that the detected load quantity becomes a predetermined target value; control processing at an abnormal situation when at least one of an abnormality of the test body, an abnormality of the testing unit, or an abnormality of a power source of the loading mechanism, is detected; and interface processing with an operator.

    • An apparatus and method for testing thermal fatigue resistance. The apparatus utilizes a unified heating device and cooling device so that the apparatus is smaller and simpler and a more even temperature distribution can be obtained. The apparatus has at least one gas duct facing the test unit and a device for supplying the duct with a compressed gas flow. A plurality of gas ducts may be used which face plural points on the test unit from plural directions. Thermocouples are placed on several points on the test unit and the temperatures of the points measured. Swift and precise testing of thermal fatigue resistance can be performed by a feedback control of each heating device based on the measured temperature. Thermal strains are caused in certain parts of the test unit due to differences of thermal expansion between members of the test unit.

    • A thermal fatigue testing device that includes a gas cooling component, a tube member, and a heat generating body is provided. The gas cooling component cools a blown gas to a predetermined temperature or less, and that is provided with a heat insulating member at an outer side surface thereof. The tube member has a gas flow path formed therein from a first end to a second end, is provided at an outer side surface thereof with a heat radiating portion from the second end to a first intermediate portion, and is connected with the gas cooling component at the first end side. A test body is arranged at the second end side. The heat generating body is provided in the gas flow path between the first end and a second intermediate portion and heats a gas flowing through the gas flow path.
