摘要： The bending machine has a blank holder with a support hinged on a fixed base. The blank holder is operated by a plurality of hydraulic cylinders which act from the bottom up, reacting on the fixed base. The machine has opposite blades operated by horizontal and vertical cylinders, whose ends are hinged on the fixed base. Said opposite blades are held by a common support through which pass the stems of said hydraulic cylinders operating the blank holder. Said hydraulic cylinders are also equipped with a stoppage system for stopping the blank holder in a position above a sheet metal panel placed over a fixed counterblade.

摘要： Between a plurality of side-by-side punches and an operating slide having reciprocating motion is arranged a selective motion transmission device which consists of two pluralities of toothed couplings in mutually opposed positions. The toothed couplings of a first plurality are made integral with the punches while the others follow the reciprocating motion of the slide but are shiftable transversally to it between a neutral position and a working position. In the latter position the teeth of the opposed couplings are mutually aligned and thus allow transmission of the reciprocating motion of the slide to the corresponding punches.

摘要： The bending unit includes a fixed counterblade, a metal sheet holder which, pressing on counterblade, holds one of the edges of metal sheet and a blade arranged on the same side of the metal sheet holder as the metal sheet. This blade, translating with respect to the counterblade and to the metal sheet holder, causes the displacement outside the plane of the edge of the metal sheet which is not held by counterblade and metal sheet holder. The counterblade and blade are made in a plurality of segments parallel and side by side to one another in a direction orthogonal to the plane of the metal sheet, and the metal sheet holder is so flexible as to follow the counterblade in its deflections.

摘要： A metal sheet is supported and transported in relation to a punching and/or shearing station, by supporting the sheet on upwardly projecting flexible bristles, the tips of which define a supporting plane. The bristles have their bases embedded in strips that are removably jammed in grooves defined in a stationary base structure. A conveyor, arranged beside the supporting plane includes a driven, endless belt. The belt has transversally extending bristle bars mounted to it so that, in its carrying run, its upwardly projecting bristles have tips which are effectively coplanar with the stationary supporting surface.
