摘要： In a structure for lubricating an oil seal interposed between a shaft and an outer circumferential member that surrounds the shaft, a bearing device provides: a shaft rotatable; an outer case surrounding the shaft and including a large-diameter portion, a medium-diameter portion, a small-diameter portion, and a contact portion connecting the medium-diameter portion and the small-diameter portion; a bearing assembly disposed in the large-diameter portion for supporting the shaft; an oil seal assembly interposed between the shaft and the outer case and contacting the medium-diameter portion and the contact portion; and a lubricant-containing member fitted to the oil seal assembly and molded plastically in an annular shape out of a resinous material containing a lubricant. The structure improved by the bearing device ensures satisfactory lubricating effects in a consistent manner.

摘要： A rolling bearing includes an outer raceway, an inner raceway, a plurality of rolling elements interposed between the outer raceway and the inner raceway, and a cage for holding the rolling elements away from each other at the same interval in a rolling direction of the rolling elements, the cage including a first layer subjected to a surface treatment of at least one of carbonitriding, phosphating, sulfonitriding and gas soft nitfriding, and a second layer formed of at least one of PTFE, MoS.sub.2, WS.sub.2, Ag and Sn when the first layer includes a treated surface subjected to the surface treatment of phosphating. The rolling bearing can stabilize the attitude of the rolling elements and retain the ease of grinding them. At the same time, the dynamic torque of the rolling elements can be minimized while insuring to prevent the rolling elements from falling away from the cage.

摘要： In a linear guide apparatus including a guide rail, a slider fitted movably to the guide rail, a plurality of rolling elements loaded to move the slider relative to the guide rail, and a seal device mounted on a side of the slider to seal a clearance existing between the guide rail and the slider, the seal device includes a reinforcement member that has a contact surface fixed to the slider and a recess formed in the contact surface to surround the outer surface of the guide rail, and a lubricant-containing polymer member that is fitted into the recess and has an inner sealing portion slidably contacting the guide rail and an outer surface opposed to the inner sealing portion and positioned at a predetermined clearance relative to the recess. The seal device assembling the lubricant-containing polymer member into the reinforcement member reduces a possibility of the occurrence of damage, cracking or other failures during fitting or use of the seal device.
