摘要： Surfactant compounds which include an amine ended polyalkylene glycol hydrophile linked to C22 to C60 mainly hydrocarbyl, particularly composite hydrocarbyl, especially derived from a polymerised fatty acid and/or an aralkyl substituted phenol, hydrophobe, are useful in dispersing solids, particularly active agrochemicals, in aqueous media, or as adjuvants in agrochemical formulations, particularly of water soluble non-selective herbicides. In particular the hydrophobe is derived from polymerised fatty acids, such as dimer and, especially, trimer acids or from aralkyl substituted phenols. Aqueous dispersions using such surfactants can remain stable even with substantial concentrations of electrolyte e.g. in stable agrochemical dispersions including water soluble electrolyte agrochemical, such as glyphosate and/or ammonium sulphate.

摘要： A mechanism for permitting selective adjustment of the angular position of a head-mounted night vision device is provided. The mechanism comprises a housing positioned adjacent the night vision device. A shaft defining a longitudinal axis is at least partially positioned within or adjacent the housing. The shaft is rotatively coupled to the night vision device, wherein rotation of the shaft induces rotation of the night vision device. A moveable lever is coupled to the shaft for rotating the shaft. Means for selectively limiting rotation of the shaft are provided, wherein the means are moveable between a first position and a second position. In the first position the means permit rotation of the shaft and the optical device, and in the second position the means limit rotation of the shaft and the optical device.

The copolyetherimides having Mw of at least 40,000 comprising isomeric bis(phthalimide) structural units within a relatively narrow range of isomer proportions exhibited Tgs of at least 240° C. and outstanding Notched Izod values. The copolyetherimides comprise oxydianiline residues and structural units of the formulas (I) and (II) (III). The copolyetherimides are characterized by a mole percentage of structural units derived from 4,4′-biphenol in a range from about 55% to about 85% of all bisphenol-derived structural units present in the copolyetherimide composition; a mole percentage of structural units derived from bisphenol A in a range from about 45% to about 15% of all bisphenol-derived structural units present in the copolyetherimide composition; and a total mole percentage of structural units derived from bisphenol A or 4,4′-biphenol of at least 95% of all bisphenol-derived structural units present in the copolyetherimide composition.

摘要： In the present invention, a method is provided for biasing or controlling the deal of cards, or other indicia, to players of a game. The cards are biased such that each player in the game will receive a hand that is close in ranking to all the other players of the game. Each player of the game is assigned a deviation multiplier selected from a list. Next an initial single hand rank is randomly selected and each player's deviation number is used to identify a range of hand rankings from which each player's hand is selected. If the initial hand ranking is 50 and the average deviation for a player is 2, the player's hand ranking will be in the range of 50±(10×deviation multiplier) or 50±(20) which is 30-70. (i.e. 50±20 or 50−20=30 and 50+20=70). Biasing the deal of the cards increases the excitement and competition of the game by allowing all players of the game to have relatively close hand rankings.
