    • A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel includes an array substrate, an opposite substrate and a liquid crystal layer. The array substrate includes a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate lines, a pixel electrode, a plurality of sensing lines and a touch sensing circuit.The gate lines cross the data lines. The number of the gate lines is double the number of data lines. The pixel electrode is connected to the data line and the gate line to define a pixel area. The sensing lines are formed substantially parallel to the data lines. The touch sensing circuit is electrically connected to adjacent gate lines in a forming direction of the data line and the sensing line, a sensing line for touch position detection being formed in one line direction. such that an aperture ratio of an LCD panel is increased.

    • Disclosed is a side shield which can be easily assembled with and separated from the eyewear temple, identically widen together with the eyewear temple, and prevent the external impact from being transferred to and reaching the eyewear. The side shield includes a shield body surrounding a hinge, through which an eyewear temple is connected with an eyewear frame of an eyewear, and covering a side space of the eyewear frame, to prevent foreign substances from entering the eyes, the shield body including blocking wings formed at an upper part and a lower part of the shield body, and a coupling means for maintaining a coupling state between the shield body and the eyewear temple, the coupling means being provided at the shield body and including a coupler assembled with the eyewear temple and a fastener for fastening the coupler. Therefore, the side shield is easily detachable and further includes the elastic means, to improve the wearing comfort.

    • Disclosed herein is a method of preparing a fluoroalkyl compound using radiation, including: mixing an alkyl compound having a leaving group with tetrabutylammonium fluoride (TBAF) in the presence of a reaction solvent at room temperature to form a mixed solution (step 1); and applying radiation to the mixed solution while stirring it to prepare a fluoroalkyl compound (step 2). The method of preparing a fluoroalkyl compound using radiation is advantageous in that fluoroalkyl compounds can be easily prepared in a short reaction time at room temperature, in that the method is safe because it is not required to use fluorine gas, which is harmful to the human body, in that the method can be usefully used to prepare fluoroalkyl compounds because the yield of fluoroalkyl compounds obtained using the method is higher than when using conventional SN2 reaction methods, and in that fluorine 18F, which is a radioactive isotope, can be easily introduced into alkyl compounds.

    • The present invention provides for an improvement in the emulsion copolymerization process for the preparation of fine-beaded colestipol hydrochloride (FBCH) wherein the improvement comprises: 1) utilizing a weight ratio of water to polyethylenepolyamine in the process of 1.8 to 3.6 grams per gram, and 2) utilizing a weight ratio of surface active agent or surfactant to polyethylenepolyamine in the process of 1.0 to 3.0 grams per kilogram. The colestipol hydrochloride product thus produced is a novel fine-beaded form of a known pharmaceutical composition, yielding pharmaceutically elegant dosage forms exhibiting increased potency, including non-gritty oral powders and oral tablets. Conventional colestipol hydrochloride was heretofore available in large spherical granules which produced less elegant (gritty) oral suspensions.
