摘要： A bulk goods unloading apparatus for ships or other similar transport vehicles is disclosed. The bulk goods unloading apparatus basically comprises a gantry, movable alongside the transport vehicle, the gantry being provided with a swiveling cantilever system rotating around a first vertical axis. A conveyor belt is provided which runs parallel to the cantilever system. The free end of the cantilever system is provided with a supporting frame which carries a paddle wheel bulk goods pickup device rotatable about a horizontal axis. The supporting frame, itself pivotable about a second vertical axis, is provided with a C-shaped vertical conveyor, which is arranged between the discharge area of the paddle wheel and the charge end of the conveyor belt of the cantilever system.

摘要： A turbocompressor shaft seal, especially for a high-pressure turbocompressor, has each of its gas-side and atmosphere-side slide rings biased toward a rotor ring of the shaft and associated with blocking-liquid compartments which are interconnected by an annular passage around the rotor ring. The compartments are connected in a closed circulation path with a circulating pump and a cooler and leakage liquid is returned by a feed pump to the liquid circulation with the aid of a pressure transformer biased on one side by the gas pressure to be sealed and an adjustable spring force and, on the other side, by the pressure of the blocking liquid.

摘要： An instrument for testing of test pieces made of paramagnetic or diamagnetic material as well as of ferromagnetic materials above their Curie point for material defects and/or dimensional accuracy, especially for testing of tubes and slabs above 1000.degree. C. The instrument comprises an electromagnetic transducer (EMT) having magnetic pole shoes and eddy current exciting and receiving windings; and an electronic signal processing unit. The inner pole shoe is conically tapered and fabricated from individual sheets parallel to one another and insulated from each other to prevent the formation of eddy currents that would give rise to undesirable ultrasonic waves that might interfere with the testing process. The pole shoes are positioned so as to develop a magnetic field parallel to the test piece, and the eddy current exciting and receiving windings are heat-insulated with respect to the test piece.
