摘要： A device for weighing filled capsules has a weighing unit with weighing receptacle for the capsules supplied via a feed channel to the weighing unit in a movement direction. The weighing receptacle has a stop holding a capsule with form fit in movement direction in a receptacle section of the weighing receptacle. The receptacle section relative to the horizontal is slanted such that a leading end of the receptacle section relative to the movement direction is lower than a rearward end. In the method for weighing, the capsule is held with form fit in movement direction in the receptacle section by the stop device such that the capsule is at a slant with a leading end in relation to the movement direction being lower than a rearward end of the capsule. Weighing of the capsule is done in the weighing unit while the capsule is held at the slant.

摘要： A metering device for the volumetric metering of powder, including pharmaceutical powder, and the simultaneous metering and filling of target cavities with metered powder, as well as a metering system and an associated method are shown. One embodiment of the metering device includes a metering station with a powder storage container, a filling station, and a movable metering member. The metering member has a flat transfer surface that includes metering cavities, which correspond in number and geometry to target cavities arranged in the filling station, and also to metering openings in the metering station. The metering cavities each have an open end and a base, wherein an air-permeable filter element forms at least a part of the base of each. The metering member includes a central pressure channel connected to the metering cavities through the filter elements for applying a negative or positive pressure to the metering cavities.

The filling and closing device (20) comprises a receiving element (21) for the lower part (2) of the applicator for active substances (1), having a circumferential pressure surface (22) and a receiving channel (23) for the applicator tube (7), said receiving channel extending below the pressure surface (22). The receiving element (21) is constructed of at least two parts, having a base element (24) and a cover element (25) that is movable with respect to the base element (24). After completion of the filling and sealing process, the cover element (25) is moved relative to the base element (24), such that the receiving channel (23) formed therebetween is exposed. The filled and sealed applicator for active substances (1) can then be easily removed from the receiving element (21) by way of the applicator tube (7).

The two clamping tracks are inclined such that their directions of advancement diverge at an angle to the pressing direction of the guide pusher.
