    • A dispensing device for dosage of powdered material comprises a closed housing containing the powdered material and provided with a laterally displaced outlet for the dosed powdered material. An external manually operated sledge is arranged between the housing and the outlet. The sledge has a through-going pocket for containing the desired dose of the powdered material. When operating the sledge, the through-going pocket is moved from a position in the housing to a position in the outlet so as to effect dispensing of the dose of the powdered material through the action of gravity. The sledge also has an agitator comprising two posts and a bracket that extends between the posts for agitating the powdered material within the housing. The bracket is slightly arched and the leading edge inclines obliquely downwardly so as to press the powdered material towards the pocket when operating the sledge.

    • A flowable material can be transferred from a contained mass of material to a remote container, by using a manual scooping implement that includes an elongated hollow tube having a funnel configuration. One end of the tube is closed, while the other end is open to form an exit opening. An entrance opening in the tube side wall near the closed end of the tube enables the tube to be inserted downwardly into a mass of flowable material to capture some of the material within the tube. The tube can be inverted for pouring the captured material into a container.

    • The apparatus for sequentially distributing liquid in more than one direction, comprises a support and a reservoir connected to the support. The reservoir is rotatable and tiltable with respect to the support between a rest position where the liquid received therein accumulates and a flush position where liquid stored therein is flushed out via the spout. The spout is oriented such that the liquid flushing out of the reservoir causes by reaction a rotational movement of the reservoir with respect to the support. A counterweight is provided for urging the reservoir towards its rest position, the effect of the counterweight being cancelled when the liquid accumulated in the reservoir reaches a given quantity causing the reservoir to move towards its flush position and to rotate. Releasable stopping means are preferably provided for stopping sequentially the rotational movement of the reservoir in a number of successive radial positions around the support, each time the reservoir is tilted from its rest position to its flush position and is caused to rotate.
