摘要： An edible receptacle suitable for containing a frozen confection the receptacle comprising from 0.01 wt % to 15 wt % binder and at least 50 wt % of particles of dry baked material wherein the particles have an average diameter of from 0.001 to 5 mm and a water content of at most 5 wt % is provided. A process for preparing an edible receptacle, the process comprising the steps of: (a) dosing a required amount of edible receptacle ingredients into a support mould, the ingredients comprising from 0.01 wt % to 15 wt % binder and at least 50 wt % of particles of dry baked material by weight of the edible receptacle wherein the particles have an average diameter of from 0.001 to 5 mm and a water content of at most 5 wt %; (b) inserting a shaping tool into the ingredients in the support mould; and (c) vibrating the shaping tool at an ultrasonic frequency to form the ingredients into an edible receptacle of the desired shape is also provided.

摘要： A machine for producing products such as ice cream, frozen beverages or granita comprises a product container which is provided with a tap for dispensing the product. A cylinder with a substantially horizontal axis, which forms the evaporator of a refrigerating circuit of the machine for cooling the product in the container, projects from a rear wall into the container. A mixer element is present around the cylinder and rotates coaxially with the axis of the cylinder by means of a motor unit connected to the mixer element by means of a drive shaft which passes along the axis of the cylinder and which is connected to the mixer element at one end of the cylinder which is opposite to the said rear wall. The motor unit is at least partially housed inside the cylinder through the said rear wall, so as to reduce the overall dimensions of the machine.

摘要： The instant invention describes a device for producing and dispensing flavored ice cubes into a beverage which comprises an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion comprises the internal parts of the ice machine for dispensing flavored ice cubes that produces the flavored ice, including a beverage holding tank to hold one or more beverages. Coupled to the beverage holding tank is a fill channel for transporting the beverage from a first location to the tank, and for re-circulating melted flavored ice cubes formed therein. A first supply hose fluidly connects the beverage holding tank to a pump, which when activated, transports the beverage from the beverage holding device to a pressurized supply line. After receiving the beverage, the ice maker device produces ice cubes in the flavor of the beverage and stores them in a flavored ice cube storage container.

摘要： A composition and method of making frozen pellets made with juice includes a composition having at least about 50 weight equivalents of juice and a multipart stabilizer that acts as a gelling agent and a viscosifying agent. Frozen pellets are formed from the composition through cryogenic freezing. The resulting pellets contain a high level of juice and have a creamy taste and mouth feel. The multipart stabilizer results in the frozen pellets being free flowing at temperatures below approximately −4° F. Moreover, the multipart stabilizer contributes to the pellets having a high resistance to melting and clumping. In some embodiments, the frozen pellets made with juice are blended with frozen pellets made with yogurt to form a frozen food product.
