    • There is disclosed a silver halide color photographic material containing a support having thereon three color-forming layers, which comprises, in said color-forming silver halide emulsion layers, high-silver-chloride grains, silver halide grains in the cyan color-forming layer being spectrally sensitized with a red-sensitive sensitizing dye having a prescribed reduction potential, and/or, in the cyan color-forming layer, an oil-soluble cyan coupler that cause coupling reaction with the oxidized product of an aromatic primary amine developing-agent to form a nondiffusible dye, a compound represented by formula (I) or (II), and a compound represented by formula (II) or (IV). ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.3 each represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or a halogen atom, R.sub.2, R.sub.4, R.sub.5, R.sub.7, and R.sub.8 each represent independently an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, alkylthio group, an arylthio group, an amido group, an acyl group, an alkoxycarbonyl group, an aryloxycarbonyl group, a carbamoyl group, a sulfamoyl group, or a sulfoxido group, the number of carbon atoms of each of R.sub.2 and R.sub.4 is 6 or more, R.sub.6 represents an alkylene group, n is 0 or 1, and M.sup..sym. represents a cation.

    • A method for processing a silver halide color photosensitive material is disclosed.The process step comprises developing a color photographic light-sensitive material composed of a support having thereon at least one light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing a silver halide containing at least 80 mol % silver chloride; at least one emulsion layer thereof containing a dispersion of a mixture of (i) at least one oil-soluble non-diffusible cyan coupler capable of forming a substantially non-diffusible cyan dye by coupling with the oxidized form of a developing agent, and (ii) a water-insoluble polymer;in a color developer solution comprising a primary amine color developing agent, and having a chloride ion concentration of from 3.5.times.10.sup.-2 to 1.5.times.10.sup.-1 mol/l, and a bromide ion concentration of from 3.0.times.10.sup.-5 to 1.0.times.10.sup.-3 mol/l.When used in rapid processing methods, the method according to the invention prevents pressure-sensitization fogging, and provides high maximum density and low minimum density images.

    • The present invention aims at providing a medicament and a method for promoting replication of hepatocytes and a medicament and a method for ameliorating insulin resistance. An effective amount of a neutralizing agent for CXCL10 belonging to a subfamily of chemokines which are heparin-binding proteins is administered to the hepatocytes to promote the replication of the hepatocytes. As the neutralizing agent for CXCL10, a factor which is specifically bound to CXCL10 and inhibits an activity of CXCL10 or a factor which inhibits CXCL10 expression is suitably used. By administering the neutralizing agent to impaired hepatic tissue, it is possible to restore and regenerate the hepatic tissue. Meanwhile, by administering an effective amount of the neutralizing agent for CXCL10 to the hepatocytes, the insulin resistance in type II diabetes and metabolic syndrome is ameliorated.
