    • A structure for installing a shock absorber for a rear suspension in a solar automobile is disclosed. The coupling portion between the rear suspension and the frame of the automobile is improved for its rigidity and duration, thereby improving the running safety of the automobile. The solar automobile includes a front watching frame 100, an upper cowl assembly 200 with the front watching frame coupled thereto, a frame assembly 300 coupled to a bottom of the upper cowl assembly, for bearing most loads imposed from a rear wheel and a rear trailing arm through a shock absorber, and an under body assembly 400 installed beneath the upper cowl assembly and the frame assembly. The structure for installing the shock absorber includes brackets 361 and 362 fastened by means of bolts 360 on both sides of a lower portion of a frame 310 of the frame assembly. A first link 363 is pivotally installed on the bracket and hinge-coupled to a second link 364, the rear wheel 350 being installed on the second link. Another end of the second link is pivotally coupled to a third link 366, and the third link is pivotally installed on a side of an upper bracket 365 which is fastened by means of bolts to a U-shaped upper portion of the frame 310. A fourth link 367 is hinge-coupled to a portion of the first link, and another end of the fourth link is hinge-coupled to a fifth link 368 which is pivotally installed on the upper portion of the upper bracket. A shock absorber 369 which is hinge-coupled to the brackets is pivotally hinge-coupled at a front end thereof to another end of the fifth link.

    • A solar powered electrical generating system (10) comprising a continuous hydraulic circuit (12) carrying a liquid (14) therethrough. A boiler (16) is fluidly connected to a first side of the continuous hydraulic circuit (12). A facility (18) is for heating the liquid (14) within the boiler (16). A condenser (20) is fluidly connected to a second side of the continuous hydraulic circuit (12). A facility (22) is for cooling the liquid (14) within the condenser (20). A hydraulic motor (24) is fluidly connected into a flow line of the continuous hydraulic circuit (12) between a lower exit port of the boiler (16) and an upper entrance port of the condenser (20). The liquid (14) when heated in the boiler (16) will flow from the boiler (16) to the condenser (20) to operate the hydraulic motor (24). A recirculation pump (26) is fluidly connected into a recirculation line of the continuous hydraulic circuit (12) between a lower exit port of the condenser (20) and an entrance port of the boiler (16). The liquid (16) when cooled in the condenser (20) will flow back to the boiler (16). A check valve (28) is in the recirculation line of the continuous hydraulic circuit (12). An electric generator (30) is provided. A structure (32) is for coupling the electric generator (30) to the hydraulic motor (24), so that the hydraulic motor (24) will drive the electric generator (30) to produce electricity.

    • An apparatus powered by solar cell photon energy having a motor for rotating a drive shaft by the use of compressed air. The motor comprising: a housing having a circular cross section with a drive shaft extending therethrough; a rotor having concave cups on its exterior surface mounted on the drive shaft within the housing; ports extending through the housing to cause rotation of the rotor; a plurality of sources of compressed air positioned adjacent to the housing. The apparatus further includes an alternator and/or a system for converting solar energy into mechanical energy comprising a battery chargeable through solar panels to generate power for reciprocating pistons to thereby generate the compressed air. Finally, the apparatus includes a compressor for generating electrical current and compressed air comprising; a cylindrical housing and magnet having a circular cross section and opposed parallel planar faces; resilient members coupled at their external ends to the faces of the housing and at their internal ends to the faces of the magnet; a primary wire adapted to initiate reciprocation of the magnet, the primary wire being coupled to a source of potential and wound with opposite ends adjacent to the faces of the housing for being intersected by the ends of the magnet when reciprocating; and a secondary wire wound oppositely from the primary wire with opposite ends adjacent to the faces of the housing for being intersected by the ends of the magnet when reciprocating for thereby generating current for use.
