摘要： A device for removing impurities from shredded plastic has a first and second cleaning disk with first and second cleaning surfaces, the cleaning surfaces are opposite each other and delimit a cleaning gap. A drive device rotates the cleaning disks, and shredded plastic is fed between the cleaning disks. The cleaning surfaces have a plurality of cleaning ribs extending between an inner and outer edge of the cleaning surfaces, wherein at least one flank of the cleaning ribs is angled or curved relative to the axial direction of the respective cleaning disk, and a plurality of cleaning bars running transversally to the direction of extension of the cleaning ribs are arranged between at least some cleaning ribs neighboring each other.

摘要： A method for comminuting heat-sensitive feedstock, particularly thermoplastics, rubber, caoutchouc, and elastomers, to a particle size of less than 500 μm, preferably less than 425 μm. Process steps are provided to achieve an economic material processing without the use of cryogenic comminution. First, a precomminution of the feedstock to a size smaller than 4 mm is performed in a rotating comminuting device through which a first process gas PG1 flows. Then, a fine grinding is performed of the precomminuted feedstock to a size smaller than 500 μm, preferably smaller than 425 μm, in a rotating fine grinding device through which a second process gas PG2 flows. Whereby the temperature of the precomminuted feedstock in the outlet of the fine grinding is regulated in a second control circuit by adding water to the precomminuted feedstock before and/or during and/or after the fine grinding.

Process for manufacturing these materials, process for transforming and process for recycling these materials. Novel solid forms of hybrid composites and resins which can be used in the implementation of these processes.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a process for manufacturing biodegradable plastic from high percentage recyclable plastic feedstock and the product thereof. The process comprises receiving recyclable plastic feedstock including high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, expanded polyethylene, and stretched wrap, separating the plastic feedstock by plastics of like type, grinding the separated plastics into particulate while maintaining the temperature below said separated plastic's decomposition and melting point. The plastics are mixed in proportion, adding a biodegradable additive to the particulated plastic mixture with further mixing to produce the biodegradable plastic. Optionally, the resulting plastic is extruded for later use.

摘要： A system for processing a supply of post-consumer scrap linear low density or low density polyethylene film into near-virgin quality blown film product. The system includes tearing the supply of film in a shredder, wherein the surface area of the film is exposed, including delaminating the film. The torn supply of film is washed in a hot water bath including a surfactant. The film is agitated in the bath containing the surfactant wherein contaminants on the film are removed from the film. The washed film is ground into smaller pieces and additional washing of the ground film in a rotating friction washer occurs wherein additional contaminants are removed from the film. The ground film is then dried in a dryer and compacted in a compactor without addition of water into granulated objects of near-virgin quality blown film product.

The separating device includes: a case; an insertion port for inserting the material into the case on an airflow; a rotation member in the case for agitating and opening the material; and a discharge port for discharging the liquid absorbent fibers from inside the case on an airflow. The rotation member rotates around a center axis from the insertion port to the discharge port, and the rotation member has protruding sections protruding outward in a direction that intersects with the center axis in a plurality of positions in the axial direction. A regulating member is provided in a predetermined position between the insertion port and the discharge port in the case, and the regulating member regulates movement of the material from the insertion port to the discharge port.
