摘要： A modular construction system that utilizes an extruded wall panel formed from rigid PVC to form either a door system, a wall system, or a storage building. The construction system includes an extruded wall panel defined by planar front and back surfaces that define a hollow interior. The wall panel can be configured to act as a door panel for a modular door system. A plurality of wall panels can be joined by a panel adapter to define a wall having a user selected configuration. Further, the wall panels can be joined to define the sidewalls of a storage building. An eave connector formed from extruded plastic supports a series of wall panels on the sidewalls and cooperates with a roof connector to form the roof of the storage building from the extruded wall panels.

A plurality of elongated tubular elements for placement in lateral interlocking engagement with each other transversely of and spanning the distance between the joists. The top portion extends laterally beyond the first side wall and has formed thereon a downwardly extending longitudinal flange. The bottom portion extends laterally beyond the second side wall and has formed thereon an upwardly extending longitudinal wall defining an upwardly opening channel adjacent the second side wall adapted to receive therein in watertight relation the downwardly extending longitudinal flange. The bottom portion having formed therein a plurality of apertures intermediate the second side wall and the upwardly extending longitudinal wall, adapted for the insertion of fasteners therethrough for engagement with the joists.

摘要： An elongate modular decking plank is provided for being assembled on a supporting subfloor together with a plurality of like planks to form a decking structure. The decking plank has a top wall spaced-apart from a bottom wall, and opposing laterally spaced side walls interconnecting the top and bottom walls. An integrally-formed fastening flange extends outwardly from the bottom wall on one of first and second sides of the decking plank. The flange includes a fastening portion for receiving fasteners therethrough to the supporting subfloor to mount the decking plank on the supporting subfloor. The plank is preferably extruded of a high-impact polymeric material, such as PVC plastic.

摘要： An assembly of extruded thermoplastic structural components for use in the construction of a building, each structural component including an elongated rigid sheet member provided with at least two integral lengthwise edgewise rails. The structural components include first flat wall structural components and second elbowed corner structural components, wherein a few of the structural components releasably slidingly interlock with one another about their rails to form a hollow elongated panel. The inside cell of the hollow panel receives concrete to be poured. The hollow panel releasably interlocks with adjacent hollow panels successively to form a continuous wall structure. The structural components in their disassembled state released from one another are compactly stackable in the smallest volume of storage, whereby shipping costs from the home country manufacture to the local building site are very low.
