    • A combined-type connector consists of a hood having at the front half a first connector-fitting chamber and at the rear half a side opening in a direction perpendicular to a connector-fitting direction; and a connector with a connector-fitting section having a second connector-fitting chamber formed therein. The connector-fitting section of the connector is inserted through the side opening into combination with the hood, moved in the direction perpendicular to the connector-fitting direction in which the connector is fitted with a mating connector. The hood and the connector can be easily combined and disassembled, though not disassembled under a force acting in the detaching direction of the connector from the mating connector.

    • There is disclosed a crimping connector in which the efficiency of the operation is enhanced by simplifying a process of crimping sheathed wires. Also the efficiency of arrangement of a terminal assembly in a mating connector is enhanced. Each of housings 10 and 11 includes an upwardly-open wire connecting portion 2 and a terminal connecting portion 3 of a closed cross-sectional shape communicating with the wire connecting portion 2, and the housings 10 and 11 are integrally connected together through hinges 4 so that the wire connecting portions 2 of the housings, as well as the terminal connecting portions 3 thereof, can be stacked one upon another vertically in the same position and the same direction, and also crimping terminals 30 in the stacked housings 10 and 11 are arranged vertically in the forward direction. Sheathed wires 40 are press-connected to the crimping terminals 30 in the housings 10 and 11 by a crimping jig 50 which moves upward and downward at the same position in the horizontal direction.

    • A table calculating device used in an interactive data system based on a personal computer or the like. When an operator specifies a position and a shade with respect to an entry on a display screen of a display unit through such an input unit as a keyboard or a mouse, a generating section generates the entry having the specified shade at the specified position on the screen of the display unit. Through the repetition of the above procedure through the generating section, a plurality of entries having such specified shapes are displayed at a plurality of specified positions and corresponding tables are also generated. A copying section copies the entry at a position specified through the input unit on the display screen. A moving section moves the entry to a position specified through the input unit on the display screen. A shape changing section changes the shape of the entry to a shape specified through the input unit on the display screen. An erasing section deletes the entry on the display screen in response to a specified command from the input unit. An editing section carries out calculation on the basis of the respective data and displays the calculation results in the respective entries of the table. A managing section stores therein and manages the positions, shape and data of the respective entries.
