摘要： A box for an image reading apparatus, the box comprising a box body and a reinforcing member, the box body comprising a rectangular frame and a base plate fixed to the rectangular frame, and the reinforcing member being attached to the box body. The reinforcing member has a downwardly drawn area, upwardly drawn areas which are adjacent to the downwardly drawn area on front side and rear side for placing a reading block without interfering with the movement of an original document scanning unit and a cutout portion for disposing at least an image processing unit formed from the downwardly drawn area to end-of-scan side in the subscanning direction of the box body. An image reading apparatus having reduced thickness is provided by employing this box. An image forming apparatus in which height position of the image reading apparatus is set to such a height position that allows easy operation is provided.

摘要： A polarizer protective film of the present invention comprises a thermoplastic resin layer having a moisture permeability of 100 g/m2/24 hours or less; and a resin layer that comprises a copolymer containing a styrene monomer unit and is laminated on the thermoplastic resin layer through an adhesive resin layer. The polarizer protective film can have good adhesion to a polarizer when it is bonded to the polarizer through an adhesive layer to form a polarizing plate, and can form a polarizing plate with good polarization properties.

摘要： There is provided a network shopping system that contributes to the omission of the item to be purchased and the prevention of purchasing an unnecessary item. Information of equipment that each client possesses is stored in net member DB. The transparent film includes a thermoplastic resin (A) having a substituted and/or non-substituted imido group in a side chain, and a thermoplastic resin (B) having a substituted and/or non-substituted phenyl group and nitrile group in a side chain, and the surface with the minute unevenness satisfies an average height-depth spacing (Sm): Sm≦80 μm, a center-line average surface roughness (Ra): Ra≦0.25 μm and a ten-point average surface roughness (Rz): Rz≦9Ra. The light-diffusing sheet, even in a case of application to a high definition LCD, is suppressing a screen glittering phenomenon while maintaining antiglareness, exhibiting almost no birefringence, and excellent in adhesion and durability.

摘要： An oriented film of polyvinyl alcohol derived film with reduced stretch irregularity and uniform orientation in a wide range of a stretching ratio is obtained by a manufacturing method for an oriented film, comprising the steps of: contacting a non-stretched film, comprising polyvinyl alcohols or derivatives thereof, with moisture percentage adjusted to no more than 10%, to at least one heating roll currently driven and heating the film at no less than 70° C.; subsequently giving a tension and stretching using a peripheral velocity difference between the heating roll concerned and a stretch roll in a position ahead of said heating roll in a running direction of the film.
