摘要： Color filters can each be fabricated by printing a pixel pattern for the color filter on a flexible plastic film by a central impression cylinder press. The pixel pattern is formed of pixels of three primary colors consisting of red, green and blue or pixels of three primary colors consisting of yellow, magenta and cyan. Also disclosed are inks, color filters, and image displays using the color filters.

摘要： A dispersant for an organic pigment contains a compound represented by the following formula (1): wherein R1 and R2 may be the same or different and each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a primary, secondary or tertiary amino group, an alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted phthalimidomethyl group, R3 and R4 may be the same or different and each independently represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, and n means an average number of introduced sulfonic groups and stands for a number of from 0.5 to 3; or at least one salt selected from the group consisting of its metal salt, ammonium salt, organic amine salt, and organic quaternary ammonium salt. Also disclosed are a readily-dispersing pigment composition, a pigment dispersion, a colored coating fluid for color filters, a fabrication process of a color filter and a color filter, all of which make use of the dispersant.

摘要： The present invention provides a treating solution for lithographic printing plates having ink receptive silver images in which the compound having a mercapto group or a thione group and an oleophilic group which is added to improve ink-receptivity can be solubilized without damaging the ink-receptivity and with using no solvent and in which hydrophilic colloid particles are excellent in time stability. The solution contains at least one alkanolamine and a compound having a mercapto group or a thione group and an oleophilic group and being free from sulfo group and carboxyl group. Preferably, the solution additionally contains an amino acid and hydrophilic colloid particles which are inorganic fine particles having an average particle size of 0.1 .mu.m or less.

摘要： A method of exposing the resist on a printed wiring board having through holes for connecting planar circuit patterns on the plane surfaces of the substrate is disclosed, wherein an electron beam direct writing system is utilized for scanning a converging electron beam as the exposure energy. The electron beam produced by the system enters the opening of the through hole, forming an inclination angle different from 0 degrees and up to 7 degrees with respect to the normal to the opening area of the through hole, such that the resist on the wall surface of the through hole is exposed simultaneously both by the direct and the reflected electron beam. The amount of exposure per unit area of the opening of the through hole may be controlled to 2 h/r times the amount of exposure per unit area over the planar surface of the substrate, wherein h and r are the depth and the radius of the through holes, respectively. A reflector plate may be disposed at the bottom opening of the through holes to further enhance the utilization efficiency of the electron beam during through-hole wall surface exposure.
