摘要： A fabric of amorphous silica is provided having greatly improved life for bag collectors at high temperatures. This is accomplished by applying a thin coating of gold on the amorphous silica fibers of which the fabric is made. The gold is non-reactive at high temperature and has sufficient lubricity to lubricate the fibers and prevent abrasion of adjacent fibers by each other. The gold coating additionally helps protect the amorphous silica fibers from devitrification. An additional coating of indium may also be applied to form a liquid film at high temperature for increased lubrication. The coating may be applied by dipping or spraying the fabric.

摘要： This invention relates to bonding coats and top coats made of aliphatic, segmented polycarbonate-polyurea elastomers for coating textile substrates. The coats are applied to the substrates from their solutions by the reverse roll coating process. The coating used has the advantage of providing resistance to hydrolysis, light fastness, unlimited pot life and can be prepared with inexpensive and physiologically harmless solvents. The synthetic leather has a high abrasion resistance, high folding strength, high flexibility in the cold and resistance to alcohol.

摘要： Synthetic leather consists, as a sectional structure, of a porous coating layer and a fibrous sheet layer which consists of a boundary layer containing the same polymer that is in the porous coating layer and a fibrous substrate containing a polymeric binder. The leather is produced by contacting a layer of a polymer composition obtained by applying a polymer composition to the surface of a release support on a fibrous sheet material treated with a mixed solution which consists of about 35-10 percent by weight of a non-solvent and about 65-90 percent by weight of a solvent for the polymer composition and for the polymer in the following polymeric binder, adhering with pressure the resultant contacted layer and material at a uniting clearance shown by the expression:

(wherein X is the thickness of the layer of polymer composition and Y is the thickness of the fibrous sheet material), coagulating the polymer composition in the contacted layer and material, and thereafter introducing the polymeric binder into the fibrous sheet material.

摘要： Adhesion of cord fabric, especially polyester cord fabric, to elastomer compounds is achieved using an adhesive made from blocked isocyanates. The blocked isocyanates are dissolved in an organic solvent, and then dispersed into water to form an aqueous mixture. The cord fabric is dipped into the aqueous mixture and heated to dry the cord and dissociate the blocked isocyanate. Cord fabric thus treated is calendered to coat it with an elastomer compound, and the coated fabric is assembled into composite articles of cord and elastomers (such as tires or belts) which are vulcanized with heat and pressure.
