摘要： Process for the preparation of the compounds of the formulae Ia and Ib ##STR1## wherein A. 2,4,4-trimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-one oxime of the formula IIb ##STR2## is treated with a strong aqueous acid at from 30.degree. to 80.degree. C., preferably 40.degree. to 70.degree. C.,B. the resulting ketone of the formula IIIb ##STR3## is oxidized in a conventional manner, and C. if desired, the resulting compound Ib is isomerized in a conventional manner.Compounds of the formula A ##STR4## where R is one of the following radicals: --CH(OH)--CH.sub.2 --CH.dbd.CH.sub.2 (IIIb), --CH(OH)--CH.sub.3 (IIIc), --CH.sub.2 OH (IIId), --CH(OH)--CH.dbd.CH.sub.2 (IIIe), --CH(OCOCH.sub.3)--CH.sub.3 (IIIf), --CH.sub.2 --OCOCH.sub.3 (IIIg), --CO--CH.sub.2 --CH.dbd.CH.sub.2 (Ib), --CO--CH.sub.3 (Ic) and --CO--CH.dbd.CH.sub.2 (Ie).The compounds IIIb to IIIg, Ib, Ic and Ie are useful scents and aromas, and furthermore may become important intermediates for novel carotenoids. They can be prepared in a relatively simple manner from compounds which are very readily available.

The cyclocitrals of the formula I are obtained in yields of 80-90%, based on citral employed. The compounds I and II are important intermediates for the preparation of fragrances and carotinoids, such as vitamin A, and products related thereto.

摘要： New derivatives of 8-dehydro-vitamin A obtained by vinylating or ethynylating and subsequently partially hydrogenating, 1-[3-methyl-octa-1-yne,3,5,-dien-7-on-1-yl]-2,6-dimethyl-cyclohex-1-ene or its 5- and/or 6-methyl derivatives, converting the resulting alcohols to the corresponding derivatives of 8-dehydro-vitamin A halides by reacting with thionyl chloride or phosgene, and if required converting the resulting alcohols or halides to the corresponding trialkylphosphonium salts or triarylphosphonium salts, or reacting the 8-dehydro-vitamin A halide derivatives with alkali metal salts or alkaline earth metal salts or anhydrides of lower carboxylic acids. The new compounds can be partially hydrogenated to the corresponding polyene compounds, in which case the cis-trans isomer mixtures first obtained can be rearranged in the conventional manner to the physiologically active all-trans compounds. Accordingly, the process provides a method for the total synthesis of vitamin A, and of other compounds of the carotinoid series, which is independent of the Wittig ylide synthesis.

摘要： The invention relates to a magnetic tape cassette and a tape recorder for use with such a cassette. More specifically, the invention relates to the provision of movable means within the cassette, which means -- in a first position -- hold the magnetic tape taut and prevent movement of the reels in the cassette and -- in a second position -- release the magnetic tape and the reels, which may then be rotated by the tape recorder, the tape being guided only by means attached to the recorder. Magnetic head positioning means provided on the recorder are adapted to adjust the position of magnetic heads, which are rigidly mounted on a head plate which is movable relatively to the tape, to the desired position for recording and reproduction.
