摘要： It is necessary to attain the combustion stability when performing ignition retarding in order to reduce exhaust gas and raise the exhaust gas temperature under a cold start condition, as well as soot reduction under a fully open throttle valve condition.An injector according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of fuel passages having an axis line inclined with respect to a valve operation axis line at a nozzle end; wherein inclined axis lines of at least three of the fuel passages have a spreading angle, none of them intersecting with each other, and three injection points are formed in a plane perpendicular to a valve operation axis line to form a triangle; and wherein at least one center-oriented fuel passage having an injection point around the center of the triangle is provided.

By paying using the injection speed of the fuel, the rich air-fuel mixture and the lean air-fuel mixture are stratified by the combination of the swirl shape (the swirl strength) and the fuel mist speed.

摘要： An engine generating two or more ignition sparks by the same spark plug, which can avoid a torque reduction caused by misfire of main ignition, can start firing and burning at proper timing depending on operating conditions, and can reduce misfires. A novel controller and a novel ignition coil adapted for realizing that engine are also provided. One spark plug and at least one ignition coil are provided per cylinder. When performing a plurality of ignitions during the compression stroke in the cylinder, before main ignition to start firing and burning at proper timing depending on operating conditions of the engine, preliminary pre-ignition is performed to form a fire seed around the spark plug. The main ignition is then performed to cause main burning. Misfire is avoided, appropriate torque can be generated, and combustion stability can be improved.
