摘要： In a plurality of virtual tunnel routers including a first virtual tunnel router and a second virtual tunnel router, the first virtual tunnel router and the second virtual tunnel router request virtual network prefix information from a tunnel mapping controller. When the tunnel mapping controller generates virtual network prefix information of the first virtual tunnel router and the second virtual tunnel router, respectively, and transmits the same along with information of a list of adjacent virtual tunnel routers, the first virtual tunnel router and the second virtual tunnel router create a tunnel. With the tunnel established, the virtual network prefix information received by the first virtual tunnel router and second virtual tunnel router, respectively, is linked so that direct communication can be performed between the first virtual tunnel router and the second virtual tunnel router.

More particularly, the present invention comprises: a porous ceramic humidifying medium having an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface; a dehumidifying medium which has an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface, and which is disposed in the porous ceramic humidifying medium; and a cutoff layer formed between the inner circumferential surface of the humidifying medium and the outer circumferential surface of the dehumidifying medium. The porous ceramic structure and the dehumidification/humidification apparatus comprising same according to the present invention can easily increase the humidifying and dehumidifying capacity, simplify a flow channel, and achieve a compact design.

摘要： The present invention relates to a catalyst including a ceramic structure containing porous ceramic paper and a catalyst component supported on the ceramic structure, and to a method for removing formaldehyde using the catalyst. The present invention provides a catalyst in which a structure made of ceramic paper having excellent characteristics in terms of porosity, specific surface area, and the like is used as a support for the catalyst component to maximize an effective area for reacting the supported catalyst component with a substance to be treated, thereby improving catalyst performance. The evaporator includes a cylindrical or rectangular post-shaped crucible 31 or 51 with an open top face; and a nozzle unit 32 having a body portion having a cylindrical or rectangular post-like shape with a height smaller than that of the crucible 31 or 51 and assembled to an upper portion of the crucible, and a plurality of evaporation tubes formed at an angle while penetrating through the body portion between top and bottom faces of the body portion. An evaporated material spouts toward peripheral areas of a substrate due to the inclined evaporation tubes, thereby improving the uniformity of a thin film to be deposited and the efficiency of use of the evaporated material, and preventing condensation of the evaporated material at a spouting portion.

摘要： The present invention suggests a method of heat treatment of a Ni-based superalloy that improves resistance against creep, fatigue and stress corrosion cracking while being economical and easy, and a Ni-based superalloy produced by using the same. The method and the superalloy of the present invention include solution treatment at the high temperature region during a heat treatment process after manufacturing or final cold working fabrication. Immediately following the solution treatment, the material is slowly cooled at 1˜15° C./minute down to the intermediate temperature region for aging treatment. After the slow cooling stage, aging treatment is directly performed by holding it at the intermediate temperature region for the prescribed time. Lastly, the aging treatment is followed by air-cooling stage.
