摘要： An acutioneering control adapted to be connected to a thermostat control for temperature modifying apparatus wherein the thermostat control includes a temperature sensor which provides a sensed temperature signal. The auctioneering control includes apparatus for sensing absolute humidity and providing a first output signal corresponding to the sensed absolute humidity; first apparatus for comparing the sensed absolute humidity with a predetermined value wherein the first comparing apparatus receives the first output signal and provides a humidity error signal; apparatus for modifying a predetermined temperature setpoint signal responsive to the humidity error signal; apparatus for limiting the modified temperature and providing a limited temperature setpoint signal; and second apparatus for comparing the limited temperature setpoint signal with the sensed temperature signal. The modifying apparatus may further comprise a third apparatus for comparing the predetermined temperature setpoint value with the humidity error signal so as to provide a modified temperature setpoint signal corresponding to the difference between humidity error signal and the predetermined temperature setpoint value.

The air conditioning apparatus includes an operational mode controller which senses the temperature and humidity and changes the operational mode based upon the sensed temperature and the sensed humidity.

摘要： An apparatus and method for controlling continuously and discretely the speed of an indoor evaporator fan motor and the speed of the compressor as a function of the fan speed for regulating the dry bulb temperature and relative humidity of a conditioned space includes a programmed control device which produces a first signal for driving a fan inverter connected to the evaporator fan motor. A second signal, which is a function of the first signal, is also provided by the control device to drive a compressor inverter coupled to the compressor. A microprocessor having a program is operatively connected to the programmed control device for controlling its operation to effect the measured temperature of the conditioned space.

The bulkhead assembly further includes a vent aperture defined in the rear wall, and a vent door movable between an open position and a closed position, wherein in the open position the vent door permits air flow through the vent aperture and in the closed position the vent door inhibits air flow through the vent aperture. The bulkhead assembly further includes a drive assembly connected to the vent door and operable to selectively move the vent door between the open position and the closed position.

摘要： Controlling heating and cooling in a conditioned space utilizes a fluid circulating in a thermally conductive structure in fluid connection with a hydronic-to-air heat exchanger and a ground heat exchanger. Air is moved past the hydronic-to-air heat exchanger, the air having fresh air supply and stale air exhaust. Sensors located throughout the conditioned space send data to a controller. User input to the controller sets the desired set point temperature and humidity. Based upon the set point temperature and humidity and sensor data, the controller sends signals to various devices to manipulate the flow of the fluid and the air in order to achieve the desired set point temperature and humidity in the conditioned space. The temperature of the fluid is kept less than the dew point at the hydronic-to-air heat exchanger and the temperature of the fluid is kept greater than the dew point at the thermally conductive structure.
