    • The utility model relates to hybrid drive for vehicles that significantly decreases the consumption of fuel because it uses a turbine motor (7), which is turned on solely when the charge of the accumulator batteries (3) drops and always works at best rpm. The device increases the distance covered by the vehicle without need for frequent recharge of the batteries from the power supply network. Furthermore, the turbine motor is lighter than the petrol piston engine and in the same time more efficient. The device includes installed accumulator batteries (3) that supply power to at least one electric motor coupled via transmission to the drive wheels of the vehicle, and fuel tank (4) supplying fuel to turbine motor (7) coupled via reducer (11) to generator (6) that is connected to the accumulator batteries. Control unit (9) monitors the charge of the accumulator batteries (3) and turns on and off the turbine motor (7). All six embodiments comprise a device (10) to recharge the accumulator batteries from the power supply network when the driver of the vehicle has access to it.

    • The power system for an electrically powered land vehicle extracts electrons from ambient air to generate adequate electrical power to operate the land vehicle electrical energy production and propulsion system. The extracted electrons generate enough electrical power to run an electrical propulsion system and all accessory electrical systems of the land vehicle. The power system includes an abutting series of tubular sections defining an airflow path with a heating plates in the airflow path and variable positive voltage grids to extract charged particles from the heated air. Air is drawn into the airflow path by a centrifugal impeller. The ionized air not used to generate electric power is neutralized in an ionized gas neutralizing chamber and then exhausted.

    • A train set includes a plurality of cars each having a flat designed to receive storage units equipped electrically-powered equipment. The train set includes: a connector for connecting the set to an electricity source which delivers electrical power at a high voltage greater than the rated operating voltage of the equipment; transfer apparatus for transferring electrical power at a high voltage to each car; a voltage step-down circuit connected to the transfer apparatus and from which electrical power is delivered at a low voltage in the vicinity of the rated operating voltage of the equipment; and a distributor for distributing the low-voltage electrical power to each item of electrically-powered equipment. It is also possible to provide a stand-alone generator providing, in particular, redundancy for the electrical power supply for the distributor. The train set is particularly applicable to transporting liquid or solid perishable goods, as well as chemicals, under controlled temperature.

    • A system for electropneumatically propelling a vehicle comprises essentially a pneumatic motor and an electric motor. The pneumatic motor is driven by the air supplied under pressure from a source of compressed air such as a cylinder or a liquid-air tank, while the electric motor is driven by a storage battery in which is stored electrical energy produced by a generator, which is driven by a turbine operated by air supplied under pressure from the source of compressed air. Both the pneumatic motor and the electric motor are connected to transmission means linked to the driving wheels of the vehicle. The transmission means includes first and second differential means adapted for controlling the supply of air to the pneumatic motor and for causing the pneumatic motor to rotate in the same direction as a preselected rotational direction of the electric motor.
